I told Dawson I won’t be doing any rating but unfortunately I have to just so someone else won’t go through what I went through. After 2-3 days of talking we finally concluded at a price of $48k and I drove 9 hours to the dealership. Got there checked the car and decided to proceed. The final figure of a $48k came out to be $60k plus with over $8k for addons which I don’t need and is not needed in the car. I tried to work things out by telling them hey I came a long way here so take away these addons and I will pay $50k for the car that’s excluding taxes. Still they said no so I had to drive 10hours back. What I realized is happening here is this dealership price the car low to get you there and then inflate the price with unnecessary add ons to get the exact amount they want. That’s unfair and dishonest way of doing business especially when you have to drive almost 20 hours in and out just to realize you have been lied to. Do not waste peoples precious time just be upfront with your add on charges and people will still purchase if they can afford and if is within their budget. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Awareness needs to be created. Everything is fishy at Square one

I worked with Dawson and his team over at the dealership, we came in to purchase two vehicles, Mercedes S500 and Range Rover sport. I was adamant that two cars was a mandatory, so he pulled some strings and was able to work out a deal for both that ended up being perfect for what I was looking for. Strong salesman, good work ethic, and fantastic service. I recommend to anyone looking for something slightly used, the lot is full of luxury vehicle with little to nothing on the ODO. I recommended my family after I got home to go visit the dealership, since they’re looking to upgrade vehicles as well. I wouldn’t recommend family if what I am saying was untrue. Please never shop at this dealership they do not stand behind there vehicles and will definitely screw you any way they can.Purchased a vehicle and in 3 days had $12000 in repairs needed and the dealership and extended warranty bought from Ally will not do anything to fix the problem after they charged me $4000 for a reconditioning fee and $4500 for a full extended warranty both will not take any action or accountability even tho they where very quick to take my $25000 down payment.Corrupt Crooks shop anywere else but here!!!!!!
