Bait & Switch, Lies & Disrespect Stay away from Square One. Lying for them is like drinking coffee for us in the morning. Lying is number one sales tool. The online price is just to lure you into dealership. Once you are there looking to buy the car, they start adding to the price: $3000 Customer Loyalty Fee; $4995 Car Preparation Fee; Plus doc fees $899 which is the highest from any normal legal dealership. The sales man states that it’s not illegal in NJ to add on top of the advertised online price. Best example of Bait & Switch technique. This dealership should be banned from its car sale activity for its deceptive practice.
