I recently purchased my new-to-me vehicle, and I couldn’t

I recently purchased my new-to-me vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – all thanks to Donna! She was so easy to talk to and made the entire process feel relaxed and comfortable. Donna truly listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect Mom car that checks all the boxes. She was also incredibly responsive and kept in touch while I waited for the vehicle to be ready for pickup, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made this a five-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Donna!

Bad communication. Salesman either got fired or quit during process. Took too long to register

The absolutely bestest experience with these guys and I

Lisa Robinson is an absolutely fantastic saleswoman and I

Lisa Robinson is an absolutely fantastic saleswoman and I loved working with her. She made the entire process less stressful and I appreciated her time very much. She would even call me when she was off of work to update me on the process. She’s great, and I highly recommend this dealership.

Terrible experience at every step in the process.

Terrible experience at every step in the process. Showed up to dealership and the car we wanted to look at had damage that the sales person AND manager had no idea about. The sales person was annoyed with how concerned we were about the damage that had not been inspected yet. Manager promised the car would be fixed. Turns out the car had underlying damage and the bank denied the loan. Finance gave us a hassle and refused to match our rate even though we were initially promised a match. Had to push for that. Would never do business again with an organization filled with scam artists at every level.

I spoke to them today after inquiring online.

I spoke to them today after inquiring online. The guy I spoke with talked at 100mph and didn’t allow me to get a word in asking me a bunch of personal questions without asking if it was a good time, it wasn’t I was working. Then he said “okay okay I’ll cut to the chase. The out the door price is $29.5k, you want to come buy it?” The car was listed online for $23.5k so I say “wait wait wait, did you say $29k?” And he goes “yeah after our processing fee, it’s $3,000” and I say “OH okay?! And what about the rest?” “Well $1,700 state tax, and a $950 doc fee for processing and stuff” … “sir I live in New Hampshire and you just said there’s two processing fees” so the salesman says “well we price our cars online competitively to get people in the door and then add the fees after the fact to bring it to the market price” “So you lie?” His answer was no, but the answer is yes. Steer clear of this place. They’re lying, I wouldn’t trust their cars. I’ve been shopping for a car for a month and I haven’t spoken to someone so misleading and pushy in the 30+ dealers I’ve spoken to. All I’m looking for is honesty and a fair price and this was the furthest thing from it
