Bought my truck in December .

Bought my truck in December . Come March it needed some transmission work. So I brought it to a transmission shop. Was then told I need to bring it back to dealer. So that’s what I did. Told them what was diagnosed (torque converter) they kept the truck for another month and a half. “Driving it around” then brought it to their other store and within a week I had my truck back . THEN I get back with a check engine light on for transmission and both o2 sensors. Was on E too! Also sounds like it has an exhaust leak when I start it up now.

Horrible.

They were more getting information from you then letting

They were more getting information from you then letting you test drive the car after taking your drivers license, they can not sell the cars if the customer doesn’t test drive it, and I was there to buy that day. I left disappointed

If I could give this dealership a 0 star review I would.

If I could give this dealership a 0 star review I would. I've bought cars from multiple dealerships in the past and this was by far the most terrible experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the process buying our cargo van from them was nothing short of miserable. Nothing is done in a timely manner. They are dishonest and will "yes" you to death to get their sale. The communication and customer service is horrible and your sales associate will probably try to guilt you and emotionally manipulate you any chance she gets. Once you get to the finance department (located at an entirely different dealership) even they will trash talk the dealership and tell you that you should have purchased your vehicle from them instead. 1 month from buying our van and we already have water pooling inside from a busted door seal they neglected to fix in their "150 point inspection" done to the vehicle before sending it off to us. By the time we got home and realized the damage, we were so mentally exhausted by dealing with them that we didn't even address it, hoping it wouldn't be a big deal. Save yourself the hassle and go buy from literally anywhere else.
