Audi London is #1! What a tremendous experience! Mike Raposo made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. He kept me updated on the factory order of my RS6 Avant through the whole timeline up until the arrival just before Christmas and then made the delivery extra special as well. All in all a great experience from start to finish with Mike. Tony Leung and Andrew Rogers were also excellent during the whole experience and I cannot say enough for the service department with Kevin Dejean and Mike Arbour and the detailing crew as well, Jorge! I recently purchased my first Audi automobile from Audi London, while adhering to COVID protocols in place at the dealership. My career is in sales, so my expectation level for the sales process is high, Andrew Peplow and the team at Audi London did not disappoint. Andrew provided a thorough explanation of the models and trim levels, while keeping in mind the requirements that I had in a vehicle. This was not a high pressure sales process, all items were presented honestly and up front. Andrew and Bernie followed up on our discussions and we were able to make a deal on an A5. The pickup process was smooth, there was a minor issue but it was rectified immediately. A terrific experience to date, and a fantastic car from a great dealership. Hopefully this level of service continues throughout my Audi ownership.
