I have a 2018 Audi Q5 which I purchased new in early 2019 from this dealer. It currently has 130,000+ on the odometer. All service since purchasing this vehicle has been done by this dealer. Other than normal wear and tear (new tires at 100k) all service has been just regular maintenance. The dealer is very good at telling you up front what the expected service and cost will be, performing the service and returning the car at the agreed to time.

This is my 2nd Audi. The service at this dealership is exceptional. They treat you with respect. They know your vehicle. They ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The dealership itself is clean and bright. Even ‘just chatting’ about the new lineup , you don’t feel pressured or ignored…just right. Would highly recommend.
