Terrible customer service, They truly do not care.
I brought my vehicle to the Auto Ranch for repairs and regret that decision completely. My vehicle has many more issues now than before. The technicians are supposedly educated and certified but can't give answers. The management acted so cowardly and unprofessional, and left a customer feeling ignored, and written off as to coming to a resolution. For being a small town, locally ran company who values themselves on customer service, respect and mom and pop shop morals, I am truly saddened and feel completely disrespected.

Seriously remarkable service experience
I was in the middle of a 1200 mile road trip when a brake line went bad on my vehicle. I went to these guys because they were the closest Ford dealer. They found a part for me, asked a tech to work overtime, and got my vehicle fixed up, and sent me on my way. I didn't know if I was going to make it to my destination but, because they were so responsive, I was able to make it on time. Although I've only dealt with the service center, I'm seriously considering these guys when I buy my next vehicle. And they're about 800 miles from my home.

They worked extremely hard to get my deal all together. Definitely was able to get a deal worked out for me, where other big name places didn't try to get anything done. They were up front with everything. They treated my wife and I just like we were best friend

Absolutely horrible sales department!
These guys are horrible in the sales department! Austin Lev is the manager and pulled my credit report 6 different times for a F350 diesel they can't even sell me in Ada county because the emissions have been deleted! Then he told me I should lie to the DMV and register it in another county!! Only finding this out after financing was approved! Glad I didn't make the trip out there first! Total waste of time, don't waste yours!

Never have the advertised truck
I am still hopping that when I call you actually have the truck in stock. This is about the 6th time. False advertising???????????? Sales man called promptly after inquirey, only reason you get any stars

Great service experience!
I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!

Great Deal on a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek
My wife was in the market to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek and we were both frustrated by our local dealer as they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the SUV. Subaru of Ontario on the other hand gave us a great deal beating our local dealer's price by almost $1,000. My wife ended up ordering the Sunrise Orange 2018 Crosstrek equipped the way she wanted it and took delivery 9 weeks later. Subaru of Ontario's sales team is friendly and helpful. The service after the sale has been top notch. They are a small dealership and both my wife and I liked the no-pressure experience. I have also had my 2005 Subaru Baja serviced at this dealership and was very pleased with the quality of the work and the money we saved over our local dealer. I urge you to compare prices before you take your Subaru in for service. We have recommended the dealership to several friends for both sales and service. Many thanks to our salesperson (Matt) for a great experience.

Bad sale experience
I saw a vehicle advertised by Ontario Auto Ranch Subaru in our local newspaper. It matched the type of vehicle a friend was looking for. I went to the dealership and took a test drive. I recommended that my friend take a serious look. My friend went two days later and took the vehicle for another test drive. She decided to try to purchase the car. As we were starting the paperwork to buy the car we were told they could not sell the car at the advertised price.
