Ashley was very helpful and straightforward in our recent purchase of a used car from her dealership. Having been to several other dealers, this experience was outstanding. For example, when we ask for a test drive she suggested three alternatives; highway, backroads, or both. We chose both that really helped us test the various capabilities of the car. The negotiations were quick and to the point and once an agreement was reached, she was able to expedite the purchase process so we were able to leave with the new car. The whole process took about two hours and was only delayed so that a final detailing of the car could be completed. Bottom line - if we need to purchase another car, she'll be the first to be contacted.

Garbage customer treatment. Was working on a deal and they just blew me off. Stated they'd get a trade number from me as well as get back to me regarding titling information on Tuesday, then blew me off. Lost a sale and their stars will drop to 1 soon.

Ashley was patient, kind and helpful - we got a real cream-puff used Audi. Dealership has good tech that notified us of price drops. High volume = great price!

Ashley was great! This was my second time working with her. The best. She did her part and I appreciate her! I (my husband) did have to drive back up to the dealership (which is 40 miles away) and have the navigation maps loaded. It took almost 5 hours! I wish the certified Volvo had everything before I took it home. It was listed that it did. The service department was very helpful, but it was still a day that I (my husband) missed from work. Also, the phone and memory wasn’t wiped from the car, so I had others’ phone numbers and memory. That is fixed now.

I did purchased the 2024 xc90 from her. the drive out was a very reasonable price, and the final paper work was so very easy. upon the purchase she introduced me to the service manager, but reassured me to call her if I had any questions or problems. She is the best !!!!!!

I found the XC40 I wanted on the weekend. I left a message with the dealership and Ashley returned my call at 8ish a.m. on Monday morning! She was on it immediately! She was so helpful in helping me get the car I wanted! I would definitely recommend working with this dealership and especially, Ashley. The Volvo store was clean and organized. I was impressed with the ease at which they got me out of there and back on the road to North Carolina!
