After searching locally for a used XC60 and not finding what we wanted, we broadened our search. We found exactly what we were looking for at Jim Ellis Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. At first, I was reluctant to purchase a car out of state until I spoke with sales representative Richard Ramey. Richard treated me like I was in the show room and not hundreds of miles away. He took the time to explain the purchase process and answered any questions I had. Richard followed through from the first phone call until we met him in person to pick up our vehicle. We experienced exceptional customer service from Richard and from the Jim Ellis Volvo team. I would recommend this dealer, even if your have a four hour drive to get there, like we did.

Corporate got involved and sent me information to connect with other dealers. I started communicating with Zach from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia online and he was always attentive and answered all my questions. Whenever I wanted information or pictures he sent them right to me. I still couldn't get over my experience at the other dealership and started looking at a Lexus SUV. I decided to leave the Lexus dealership and go by and actually meet Zach and just see if my experience online matched in-person. He was busy but assigned Ashley Bush to me to help while I was there. Their customer service matched what I received online and as a result, they pulled me back into the Volvo spirit and I walked away with my Volvo XC60 Inscription that day. They beat the offer at Volvo Cars of Marietta and at both Lexus dealerships. Despite the distance for some, please go see them at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and let them be your Volvo dealership.

Overall an amazing experience! I got the best deal on a 2020 T6, and got it delivered to Birmingham. Everyone was friendly and efficient along the way!
