Parts issue

Unfortunately my car had to be returned as the wrong part was shipped, otherwise when correct part was installed all was returned in excellent condition.

Niko Jimenez Communication Excellence

Niko Jimenez came through for us under a very tight timeline. We had window tinting work scheduled to start at 10:00 and finish by 11:00. The timing was important as we had other meeting at 11:30 so when Niko ensured the technicians got started on time and finished 10 minutes early we were very pleased. Niko keeping us updated through the entire process. He is an excellent communicator. Thanks Niko.

Five Star Customer Service

Excellent service from Niko Jimenez and the entire service department. Completely satisfied with the work performed. My 2023 A6 was was washed and ready for pickup ahead of schedule.

Great experience

Mark Grable was great! He really just tried to get me the car I wanted. They were not pushy like other dealers. Very happy with my Audi

Great Customer Service With Chuck

Chuck Henry is literally amazing!! He always explains everything thoroughly and makes sure I understand… going without my dad for a change was a little stressful lol. But Chuck is the best he honestly goes the extra mile. He stands out from the rest because I can tell he actually cares about the customers and not just commission, how it can sometimes feel with other representatives, i’m sure we all know. Everytime I go for servicing now I will be booking with Chuck! 6 stars!!
