I was very happy with the service. I wish some the cost would have disclosed more up front. I expected there to be a fee to check out the A/C, just didn't expect it to be as high. I would have like to known up front. I was told that my oil change was going to be one price but when I showed up to pick it up I was told I had been signed up for a service plan. It was a good deal. It is something I would have purchased but I would have liked to have been given the options up front. The service was good it was completed in a timely manner. When I did pick it up all my questions were answered.

Friendly staff; however, since purchasing my new Jeep, the service department definitely seems understaffed. Both times, service has taken longer than expected and confusion about wether the service was completed or not happened both times.
