Jeep Liberty 2012
I bought a preowned Jeep Liberty as is. It looked like a brand new Jeep.The service was great service. My only complaint was that it was summer and the ac worked great but, winter came and my heater did not work and there was know anti freeze in the coolant tank. My husband called and asked about it the heater and the guy said, will it was summer time and just didn’t get checked, he said that he would get someone to call us. That was a month ago and never received a call. Very disappointed in this man and his service . I would recommend the salesman just not the guy who said we will have somebody call, that is must complaint and his excuse for it not being checked

took a car in sept 5th to have the a/c checked.
took a car in sept 5th to have the a/c checked. I told the service advisor the compressor was not getting power when the switch was turned on. I told them the compressor was brand new. They diagnosed the system and told me the wrong compressor was used and said i needed to replace it. I told them to go ahead after they assured me that would fix the problem. Then after three weeks they called and said i needed a new cooling fan for an additional $200,00. that still did not fix the problem and the service advisor said she was getting the service mgr involved. I think they got another technician to check the vehicle and then they found out there was a bad sensor. that fixed the problem. I'm out $2000.00 because they could not diagnose the problem correctly. Would never use this company again for service, nor would i ever buy a veicle from them.

They sold me a car and had me fill out paperwork and pay
They sold me a car and had me fill out paperwork and pay my down-payment. The day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle they called me and told me they had already sold it before I came in to look at it. Even after all that they haven't given me my down-payment back in 4 days.
