I have been going thru Jim Glover for services on 2018
I have been going thru Jim Glover for services on 2018 Chevy Trax they always got me in right away went above service with a vacuum and car wash. Unfortunately I had a accident that totalled it. I went to just check out some autos and Tyler Ramirez come over to help and then I saw the Jeep Renegade and we went for a drive test and decided I wanted it got paperwork done and same day drove it home. I have owned mainly Mopar's my whole life, so I was glad
I have owned mainly Mopar's my whole life, so I was glad when Glover in Owasso opened up as it was close to home. That being said, their service department is terrible! I have had 2 visits there. The first time, I brought my SRT in because sometimes while backing it decides to lock up the brakes on its own and shows BRAKE!!! on the display in huge red letters. Scares the crap out of me. I was told by Brooklyn that they couldn't fix it and I'd just have to live with it. They only looked at it for 4 hours. The second visit wasn't any better. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, and brought the Jeep in. I received the second message today from Craig saying that there was still a few ahead of me to get it looked at. The same message as last week. I picked it up out of frustration because if it takes 2 weeks for someone to just look at it how long would it take to actually fix it? Guess I'm going back to Nikel.
