This Dealership was Amazing, both Kyle and Richard took great care of me and helped me with everything I needed to buy my new Jeep Gladiator!!! They went out of their way to do whatever it took for me to get my new car by Wednesday, my only available day off! Kyle went above and beyond for me, answering all my questions and phone, even came in on his day off!! Great place!!!!

Tyler was very nice, reasonable and wanted to get me the best deal possible! He Already had the Jeep pulled up and ready to test drive when we got there. By far the easiest buying experience we have had!

I really do not say this often about car dealerships...

I really do not say this often about car dealerships because realistically, who actually likes going to the dealership? I have nothing but incredible things to say about Jim Glover Owasso. Let me put emphasis on Owasso because I do not like to do business with Jim Glover on the River. I have purchased 2 pre-owned, and 4 new vehicles since 2018, so I feel confident in my decision to share my thoughts. It’s honestly not the dealership that makes me fall in love, as much as it is the people who do the work to keep it going. Jermane Swain made my experience out of this world amazing. I am a very picky person, and someone who knows exactly what they want. I came to him with close to probably 20 deal breakers and specific requests, and he not only met each one, but exceeded it. He listened to what I actually want in a vehicle, and never once tried to show me something I didn’t want. I also felt like I was talking with a friend and not a salesperson. I run a business and will require multiple vehicle purchases in the years to come. I will use him forever. I am confident in that. If you need someone who is not the “average car salesman,” he is the only person to use. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. This was the best experience I have ever had.

Sales and Finance are great, Britney and the team is caring and knowledgeable unfortunately that's where the good things about this dealership ends. If you need any service after the sale you better find another dealership. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with the service advisors will not call you to inform you of anything communications with this place is non existent unless you call Rams customer service and they call them for you. Waited for months for a loaner vehicle for a warranty repair once they had one service advisor wanted to know if I still wanted the oil leak fixed after I had set everything up with Britney she had no clue what even she was doing. After 3 Terrible experiences with them I've learned my lesson they are good to buy a car from but Do NOT use their service department.
