Can I give more than 5 stars? My experience with Jim Glover in Owasso and Ryon was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. I was in and out and there was absolutely no gimmicks along the way. Ryon was very thorough in explaining my new 21 Jeep Cherokee to me and Richard in finance made everything direct and to the point! 10/10 recommend!

My son and I had his truck online for sale, Cargurus, Facebook, Craigslist. He gets a call from a buyer with Jim Glover Dodge. She makes an offer, he counters, she accepts. She tells him to get a 10 day off from the bank, send these documents, a check will be sent, and then arrangements will be made to pick up the vehicle. We live in Iowa so I made a couple follow up calls to verify, during this time she replies back, " Sorry I didn't get approval and that's to far, you'll have to bring it to us? Not even a, hey we can meet in K.C. or something as an option. Classic old bait and switch, they don't send someone to pick up you vehicle out of state, but they sure will fill you full of crap up to that point!!

Bad bad shady
Bad ! Worst experience I’ve ever had in buying a car. Questionable business practices. Deceptive, no follow through. Really don’t care about customers. Very good acting on commercials because not a lick true. Do not buy here.
