Don’t waste your time visiting this absolute dump of a

Don’t waste your time visiting this absolute dump of a dealership. The prices they have listed online are 25% lower than the prices in person. The used cars are beat and they claim a $4,000 ‘reconditioning’ fee …. LOL. That seemed to be their largest nonsense fee, but there were several others that added up to another few thousand. Don’t forget taxes either! The manager seems a little thick and forgot 😂 to include taxes in the ‘out the door price’. You can’t make this stuff up… seriously take your business elsewhere.

Scammers. Price you see is not the price. They willl waste your time. Made me drive over 200 miles because they lied to me.

I went to this dealership and knew exactly what type of

I went to this dealership and knew exactly what type of deal k was getting myself into because of my credit. I’m not sure if the sales rep that I had thought I was not smart. He let me test drive a Jeep Cherokee around three blocks I heard a sound and asked sales rep (Deshawn) what the wound was. He told me lol the sound inside the truck is because whenever I pass speed cams the truck will make that sound. That was the fastest I’ve ever heard someone come up with such a lie! I didn’t look into it because I was very desperate for a vehicle, and this was the only dealership that was able to get me approved. Now let’s get into the approval. Once approved I was told I would be make payments biweekly, which is also insane because my contract says nothing about any doing anything biweekly. The finance company called and sparkle with me in regards to my account, and when I asked them about making these biweekly payments they had no clue of what I was talking to and referred me back to the dealership. While on the phone with the finance company I called the dealership (VICTORY MITSUBISHI) on the other line to figure out what’s going on. I called on a Wednesday to find out about this it’s now Saturday and I’m still waiting for a call back from the finance manager. If you want a crappy deal, high interest rates and lies definitely go to VICTORY MITSUBISHI. I also live 2 hours away so it’s more convenient to call if I have a problem, that’s also a joke. If you’re not physically at the dealership the customer service is ALWAYS going to be WORST than POOR! But look on the bright side you’ll get a vehicle that’s twice the price before you leave yayyyy!

BEEARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEAWARE! Twice the stated advertised price was confirmed with only a $175 fee. The price of $27k jumped to $34.5 and OTD price skyrocketed to $38k for the nx300 FS. I'm not sure how this snatch and bait tactic is not illegal - there needs to be a law governing this type of crime! I’m rely on the @therealdonaldtrump to add this to the agenda to protect American citizens!

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Place was dirty and completely unprofessional. Deals online were completely misleading, and the staff was not helpful, enthusiastic or even slightly motivated to get our business.

Really disappointed !

Really disappointed ! I had the appointment and reached there on time but after 30 minutes waiting with my family a sales representative came and said the car I was looking for already sold to another person which the person denied it means the sales representative lied obviously , I don’t know why !
