I had problems with the vehicle from the 1st week. Body shop was always booked. I felt like the 2nd I signed the papers my salesperson forgot my name. This vehicle should have been a lemon law vehicle. The only great experience I had was with the service department. Katie and Randy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great service department

Almost impossible to document proof of insurance renewal, new "convienance and processing fees" for making payments unless they're made in person with dollar bills or through auto pay withdrawals, making it hard to pay ahead.

WORST COMPANY THERE IS WHEN YOU TRADE A CAR THEY TAKE THE PAYMENT THERE WARRNTIES ARE STUPID AND THEY HARDLY ANSWER AT CNAC. THERE INTREST RATES ARE HIGH THERE CARS MILES ARE HIGH AND DIE RIGHT AWAY AFTER A YEAR OR2

They will sell you a xxx for 4 times what it's worth, and when/IF you pay it off it will be worthless and worn out. James John the manager will tell you to your face that if you don't like being screwed over, you should go somewhere else
