The Genesis service manager Ken took a personal interest in making sure our 2018 Volt had the maintenance services it needed. And he identified one we weren't aware of (our tire sealant and compressor kit had expired), for which we are most grateful!

Backup camera and cable needed replacement + new brakes
Backup camera and cable needed replacement + new brakes and oil change. Service consultant Eddie Freeman gave me info I needed to have confidence about repairs needed. Genesis also called GM to advocate that the cam and cable replacement should not be necessary yet and GM agreed to cover much of the replacement cost. And since it would be a day or two before the replacement, the Genesis service manager arranged a loaner car until the truck was ready. This saved me on the 45 minute commute from my home to Genesis! I am a happy customer and glad I went to Genesis!

Poor customer service with inaccurate information.
Poor customer service with inaccurate information. Poor inter office communications between employees. I was very disappointed with missing an opportunity to purchase a corvette they were advertising.

Classic bait and switch sales tactics.
Classic bait and switch sales tactics. Advertised a Silverado 2500 for 47,000. When I called to inquire about the truck I was informed that that price was only for GM employees and the actual price was 52,000.

Sorry for the confusion but this is not a bait and switch tactic. In Metro Detroit a majority of our customers are or qualify for the GM Employee Discount Program. Therefore we provide both the MSRP and the GM Employee Pricing both of which are clearly marked on our website. We apologize for the confusion but it is certainly not a bait and switch tactic.
