Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Josh seems like a great guy, and he did some things to help me because I was an out of state buyer. But when documentation for my title needed fixed, Josh received my title, a $75 pre-paid envelope to send it back to ma, and then never responded to me again. That was 8 months ago. I have had to have legal help and go through a ton of work to try and obtain a title. All is good at first, but if anything causes too much work, he doesn't care. It's a shame, because I would have referred him to many people looking for a car. Don't trust him or this dealership.

Jacob and George were awesome to work with! I was coming from out of town for a specific Grand Cherokee they had for sale. They were great about responding to questions and additional information quickly. They also accommodated my schedule, and I was able to handle the trade and purchase same day. Nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Was looking at a few BMWs in the area I found this one and fell in love!!! Josh showed me the car and took the time to help me get the loan I needed to make it happen! Very Nice Guy who knows his cars! I'm extremely impressed !

I'm mortified to realize this morning that Car.com posted a review to WRONG dealships site! So in the mean time this will have to act as the retracted review. So so so sorry guys..... Y'all were just the BEST best bestest ever.... You all were the ones that HELPED me out of that pickle.. that review was for The other car place there with those OTHER not so nice n helpful people that work there! See it all started because if ya wrote a review for ANY dealships that you looked at a vehicle via you were entered to win like $100 so I had looked at slot slot of cars and so they asked me to review slot of dealers! And hey with the economy being down... who couldn't use the $100 dollars ! Thought it was simple as that but now they've somehow got it all screwed up.... AGAIN GUYS YOU ARE JUST THE BEST MOST EFFECTIVELY HONEST AND RESPECTFUL HUMANS a true rareity in a business that can tend to be crap shoot after all it's just metal it can't speak and that's why I was so lucky to have you all to speak for the cars.... Y'all are like the CAR WHISPERS ..... Saved me from an over priced rusted out junker ..... lipstick on the pig 😂kinda deal... Geee I sure am sorry about this guys and hope that the site gets it right real soon, hopefully no more unsuspecting ladies fall victim to that OTHER places bad behaviors and shady ethics! Y'all should really get an award for your generosity and community commitments. Bought a truck here about a week ago and was told it runs great and needs no repairs. A few days of driving it I noticed my power steering went out and they tried hiding it by topping off the fluid and taping up the leak.

Made a deal on a car had every thing lined up but it was going to take a couple of days to get paperwork signed because of scheduling. We set a date and shook hands. The next day they called and advised they had another buyer, I could not come in and put a deposit down so I told them to sell it. I am still looking for a vehicle but will not go back to them for it or for my two children that will be driving soon. So they got their money two days earlier but have now lost out on three sales. Don’t buy from them.

As you can see their facilities have a higher rating than i give them. They are high pressure and the most unprofessional used car sales people wanna be's. I think the real people took the day off. What happened is they put a broken down, poorly repainted popular honda suv up for sale at a low price. The suv muffler had rusted off and they wanted to offer the customer a junk yard muffler that could taken anywhere and welded on. NOT TRUE. Most shops will not take that liability and have signs posting "do not install customer parts". second thing they did was not let us take it for inspection that we had asked them over the phone for and they said yes. 3rd enter in high pressure tactics that they advertise that they do not do by pitting one customer against another. 4th bad thing foul language in front of customer between two sales people. I told them if the other customer has to have it sell it to them, I will not be treated like that. then he offered the next sales tactic of another higher price same automobile newer. I told him it was out of our budget. He told me he was sorry that things went bad. He offered 1500 off the asking price. He made me an offer on this vehicle so i start looking it over and am in the drivers when the next bad tactic comes along. The customer who absolutely had to have my car that my wife sent me to get cash in hand to get. now they have to have the second car that i am testing and have offer on table for. So I let them test drive it knowing that this is another dirty tactic. when they got back the fake sales people told me that the customer that absolutely had to have my first car i was looking at to buy now is buying out from underneath me again. These people I am going to write to everyone else i can who will listen. hopefully the dealer will fire these two employees for dirty tactics.
