    Made a deal on a car had every thing lined up but it was going to take a couple of days to get paperwork signed because of scheduling. We set a date and... shook hands. The next day they called and advised they had another buyer, I could not come in and put a deposit down so I told them to sell it. I am still looking for a vehicle but will not go back to them for it or for my two children that will be driving soon. So they got their money two days earlier but have now lost out on three sales. Don’t buy from them.

    As you can see their facilities have a higher rating than i give them. They are high pressure and the most unprofessional used car sales people wanna... be's. I think the real people took the day off. What happened is they put a broken down, poorly repainted popular honda suv up for sale at a low price. The suv muffler had rusted off and they wanted to offer the customer a junk yard muffler that could taken anywhere and welded on. NOT TRUE. Most shops will not take that liability and have signs posting "do not install customer parts". second thing they did was not let us take it for inspection that we had asked them over the phone for and they said yes. 3rd enter in high pressure tactics that they advertise that they do not do by pitting one customer against another. 4th bad thing foul language in front of customer between two sales people. I told them if the other customer has to have it sell it to them, I will not be treated like that. then he offered the next sales tactic of another higher price same automobile newer. I told him it was out of our budget. He told me he was sorry that things went bad. He offered 1500 off the asking price. He made me an offer on this vehicle so i start looking it over and am in the drivers when the next bad tactic comes along. The customer who absolutely had to have my car that my wife sent me to get cash in hand to get. now they have to have the second car that i am testing and have offer on table for. So I let them test drive it knowing that this is another dirty tactic. when they got back the fake sales people told me that the customer that absolutely had to have my first car i was looking at to buy now is buying out from underneath me again. These people I am going to write to everyone else i can who will listen. hopefully the dealer will fire these two employees for dirty tactics.
