They made it very easy to purchase, although the vehicle

They made it very easy to purchase, although the vehicle was not detailed when I bought it. I have left a message for the sales manager. Still have not received a call regarding stains on the tailgate.

Poor service.

Poor service. Poor communication and broken promises. Over promised and tried to over charge. Was told my extended warranty normally covered tpms sensors and later was told it didn't. Told about issues of the truck I found out showing it was alignment and showed the front end of the truck was worked on when it was sold and he blamed the recon center and said he could charge me to look at the front end.

Had an enjoyable few hours at the dealership. The space was very open, clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chris and EJ went out of their way to make the transition from the 2023 Traverse lease to the 2026 Traverse lease seamless and without an hitches. Well done.

Scheduled an appointment for first service on new truck, took over 2 hours for an oil change because the dealership was short on techs. It would have been more professional to let me know up front instead of having me wait and notifying me at the end.
