Tom is a wonderful service advisor and always follows up.
Tom is a wonderful service advisor and always follows up. I currently only own a 2016 Mazda CX-5 which is a great vehicle, I also own other non-Mazda vehicles which I choose to have Polar Mazda take care of under Tom’s supervision. Last week he serviced my Mercedes Benz and everything went smooth and at a very fair price.

I’m very happy with Mazda.
I’m very happy with Mazda. They’re very friendly, I feel like they do a thorough job and I love that they send the video so that you can see underneath your car, which I have never done - lol. I automatically took care of a recall and appreciated. They didn’t make me schedule another appointment.

My car has had display issues since day 1.
My car has had display issues since day 1. Each time I bring it they have done updates and it keeps getting worse. This time my car was in for about a month to try to troubleshoot. It seems better but it still is kicking out of Apple CarPlay on occasion. Tom has been helpful trying to get to the root cause of this major annoyance.

All went well. Very smooth and pain free experience. I am a three time return to Polar Mazda. I love my Mazdas but I also love Polar's service department. All the guys are friendly, trustworthy and great to work with. I never feel like I'm being sold a service I don't need.
