Got a new car

They were awesome.my salesperson was very patience and understanding with me.i got a car the same day.all staff was so nice and pleasant.They went all out their to make sure I was please before leaving their office. I'm very pleased with my car.

Fantastic dealer. Treated like family. Loved it.

Went to get a new suv. Bought an Outlander and traded my car. Salesman was super, no pressure and very knowledgeable and personable. Sales and finance managers were just the same. Really happy with my new vehicle and would recomend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Worst exprience ever

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. I bought a used Lexus RX350 and paid out rightly. I don't understand why I can't have the title of the car in 30 days and the temporary license ends in 30 days. The car is not even great as expected. Customer service,sales and management don't tell the truth.

Dealer misrepresents used car listing listing.

Dealer misrepresents used car listing listing. On website they have a Ford Fusion with Platinum Trim, but it is clearly a Titanium trim. This is bait and switch bull.

Could it be bias?????

I have been trying to purchase a C70 Volvo for a week. I am willing to pay your original purchase price; however you won't sell it to me. I pre-qualified for a loan online on 5/5/19, locking me in for the price advertised. I was given a $300 off certificate from your website. You have yet to acknowledge or honor this. I was locked into a price and have the paperwork to prove it. On 5/6/19, the price was raised $1000 more. I am getting the run around with buying this car. I am coming with money in hand. This has been the most difficult time buying experience I have ever had. Are you not in the business of selling cars? Is my money not green enough? Or am I not a person you want to sell to? I wonder....... Your actions show you do not want to sell this car to me. I want to know WHY??!!! I would like a response from the manager.

Is my money not good enough to buy from you?

I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. This has been the worst buying experience EVER! I am approved to purchase; however I can't get a salesperson to sell me the car. I have been getting the run around for days now. I have been told 'I am working to make a deal for you' after I clearly explained I will pay the advertised price. I even have a $300 certificate to take money off of the price from their website that no one there wants to discuss.. Well, as of 5/6/19, the price has gone up $1000. I have in writing the price I was offered which is supposed to be good for 30 days. Obviously this dealership does not like the color of my money or could it be they have someone else they would rather sell too? I don't know. They have been very discouraging by stalling me and giving me vague answers if they answer at all. I asked directly: Do you want to sell this car to me. Of course the answer was yes; however no one will sit with me to make the sale. Why won't you sell this car to me???! I would like a response from the owner or manager.

Great staff, great prices

I went here yesterday looking for my dream car, within my price range. Told Rod our range and he found my new car instantly! He worked so hard to get me the car with the price i want, monthly payments i want, and was just so friendly! Loved my experience here!
