Dealer misrepresents used car listing listing. On website they have a Ford Fusion with Platinum Trim, but it is clearly a Titanium trim. This is bait... and switch bull.

I have been trying to purchase a C70 Volvo for a week. I am willing to pay your original purchase price; however you won't sell it to me. I pre-qualified... for a loan online on 5/5/19, locking me in for the price advertised. I was given a $300 off certificate from your website. You have yet to acknowledge or honor this. I was locked into a price and have the paperwork to prove it. On 5/6/19, the price was raised $1000 more. I am getting the run around with buying this car. I am coming with money in hand. This has been the most difficult time buying experience I have ever had. Are you not in the business of selling cars? Is my money not green enough? Or am I not a person you want to sell to? I wonder....... Your actions show you do not want to sell this car to me. I want to know WHY??!!! I would like a response from the manager.
****Made an appointment, arrived 7:45am and service mgr said I didnt have an appointment. When I said I made one he said I must have talked to someone... in another department and they have different computer software. If this was the case most customers appointments would be lost. Not only that if they know this then fix the issue and integrate the two systems. Duh, this is what i do for a living! ***No shuttle service so now they need my car for the whole day to work it in. I had to walk 2.5 miles back to work. and walk 2.5 miles to pick up my car at the end of the day. Good thing I am in decent shape for 58. **came home and checked the trans fluid (getting it flushed) yet its not red. did a compare between my 3 other cars, and the car's trans fluid is as dark and dirty looking as my Minivan with 170k miles on the transmission. I somehow doubt it was changed. Called them and asked why after a flush. They told me it was purple fluid so it will appear dark and dirty and that they dont do flushes only changes. this is a different story of what I was told early by another service person. *Told me the brakes were metal to metal and they need to be changed immediately for $250. I can do that work in 20 min so I took it home. Tried to take off lug nuts and split my socket, next busted my adapter. the lug nuts were on over 200ftlbs. Took car to jiffylube for them to loose them back to spec at 80ft lbs. Took car home and the metal to metal the rear brakes at the worst spot still had 3/16th inch and were still in spec probably another 15,000 miles left of good service. The rotors that had to be turned turned out to be fine, Jiffy Lube mechanic said I have 100,000 miles left on the rear rotors. I already bought the new ceramic pads for $54 so just put them on. This mickey mouse clown operation is dangerous at best. they will mess up your car, lie to you and cheat you. Highly highly recommend to stear very clear. If you decide to go forward double check everything. Check the fluid before you go and after you leave. Have any brake stuff checked by another place or do it your self before having them mislead you and drain you of $250 or more for needless repairs. Be even more on guard here than Shady Bob's Car Repair.

I came to this dealer knowing which car I wanted from online shopping. The finance department is very deceptive and do not care what you ask for. They... clearly only want to sell service deals and added $2000 to the price of my car by adding an Ally contract without explaining this was happening. I specifically said I did not want any contracts and I told them the monthly payement I wanted. They said this was impossible without putting more money down. I clearly could have had the payment I wanted but they only cared about themselves and adding a service contract. I have since canceled the contract and got the $2000 back but am locked into the higher monthly payment. I will never use this dealer again or recommend them to anyone. Please ask for an itemized explaination of the monthly payment they offer so you don't make the same mistake I did. They are not to be trusted.
