My husband and I were looking to buy a new or newer used vehicle, and we stopped into Jackson Hole Ford to check out the selection of vehicles. We weren't totally sure what we wanted going into it - my husband was leaning towards a truck, I towards an SUV. We looked at a variety of vehicles with Dave, and we were really impressed with the selection we had to choose from. He was very friendly and not overly-salesy or pushy so he made the whole process more enjoyable and comfortable. We ended up going with a newer used truck and Dave provided plenty of info on the features, valuation, CarFax (or similar report) and the pricing was very fair and straightforward. No disappearing acts for long periods of time where Dave vanished to go talk to someone about pricing, as we've experienced at other car dealerships. Just a straightforward, fair price that we were comfortable with. Being that Jackson is a relatively small town we didn't expect such a great selection and fair price so we were really pleasantly surprised. The whole staff at Jackson Hole is SUPER friendly and accommodating. We ended up purchasing snow tires and a tonneau cover for the truck and Seth in service/parts department was super helpful, friendly, the parts came in very quickly and installation was a breeze. I'd highly recommend Dave, and Jackson Hole Ford!
