In and Out for Brakes
Followed Joe Nguyen to this dealership from Audi Oakland. I like having someone I trust watch over my Audi repairs. Price for just front brakes shocking, though.

Great service for Audi S5
Brought in my S5 for 45k mile service, reported a couple of anomalies, and got a few major repairs done, some under warranty, the others David was able to recommend excellent cost saving solutions. Example, I reported a slight mechanical whine from the front of the car at speeds above 65 mph. Mechanic found bad bearings in the wheel hubs due to bad wheel alignment and bent rims. New 19" rims cost $1000 each, but David suggested having the old ones sent out to be reconditioned at a fraction of the price, found a deal for $100 off on the alignment service, and got 4 new OEM Pirellis balanced and mounted for under $1000. Loaner car was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Audi A5 Cabriolet Windshield wipers not working!
Was greated in the drive up by a lovely young woman who pointed me to a service tech. Talked to Alfred who looked at my A5 Cabriolet and checked me in. Was given a loaner Q7 (which is an incredible automobile). The problem was diagnosed and was given a quote for the repair. Aprroved the repair by text and a few days later had my ride back. Great friendly service and a car loner to boot. Will purchase my next Audi from your dealership. Thank You! By the way Alfred is the Man.
