This was my first experience with CarMax and I still can't find a single thing I was unhappy with. Their primary competitor doesn't allow you to test-drive their vehicles and I just couldn't roll that way. I knew what I wanted, found a car at a LOCAL CarMax that checked all my main boxes and - when we showed up for our appointment - the Rep brought the car out front, flipped me the keys and said "Check her out!" It was love at first ride!

Carmax told me Express checkout process was 4 to 6 hrs which actually took 24hrs to purchase the vehicle, I was asked if I wanted Sirius xm activated I DECLINED and they activated it, Will NOT recommend Carmax!

Buying a car through Carmax was a relatively quick and seamless process. There is a 30 day warranty on the car and when I followed up to request some services, Arian was very helpful and efficient getting things taken care of. It was a pleasure to work with Carmax.
