Very friendly reps, well setup process and programs to create confidence on buying a used car. However I didn’t notice my car was missing the trunk cover for the hatch back until after I bought it and were out of the lot. Lesson on buying used, always look for the small obvious details. Now I have an open view trunk and looking how to get a cover that works.

My CarMax experience was really positive. Everyone who helped me was so kind and professional. It did take significantly longer than estimated, but overall I felt everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful.

Gabe and the staff were professional and got me in and out with no hassle. I move fast and don't like the pressure that some sales people use but this was not the case and Gabe and his team did an outstanding job. I have no issues using him or Carmax again

My primary 'experience' with CarMax has been the sale of my 2012 Lexus RX350, high mileage car. The car was assessed, evaluated and taken in as a purchased rig. As usual, with used car selling, the price initially seemed a bit low, but realistic. In the interim, as a 'second' car, it was blocking my driveway, so clearing the decks was in order. The young lady handling the transaction seemed knowledgeable in all the aspects and paperwork of the transaction, so it all ran smoothly. I then put the check in the bank and paid my property taxes! There's a good chance I'll be back.....(I don't do this sort of thing every day!

We had a great experience at Carmax in Renton! The staff was super helpful and helped us figure out how to get the odometer reading fixed quickly on our car title to be able to get the full offer for your trade in. I did not feel any pressure and was able to find a car that works well for us. The only thing I can say was negative (this is weird) was the extremely super bright lights throughout the building, they seemed excessively bright and made the buying-paperwork portion really tiring!

The process was easy and quick. I appreciated that I could get a car from another dealership in the region.
