Write a reviewService department is not good. Left 3 out of 5 lug nuts loose on drivers front wheel. Called customer service and didn't even get a call back from the manager. This could have killed us and others. Unacceptable and no ownership of the problem. This could have been devastating to my family and obviously it's not important enough for an apology from the manager.

I had to have several recall repairs done here and the service was exceptional. I had a few other repairs while I had the car in the shop and they took care of everything I asked. They even give me a loaner car while my car was in the shop since it took about a week, but this was only because they had to order a dash... I didn't even know it had a warranty on it, but it did, and they fixed it for free. Great people and exceptional service.

I purchased a new CX 5. Excellent buying process. The sales staff are very friendly. The quality of the car is excellent. Rick McCarthy was 5 stars. The best thing I like is the sales representatives allow you room to breath and do not push you to buy.
