I came to Porsche of Wichita to look at a used Tesla.

I came to Porsche of Wichita to look at a used Tesla. I was introduced to Zach and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all and was very honest with all the questions. I even threw him a couple of questions I already knew the answer to to see if he would tell me the truth and he did. The dealership facility is very clean and nice and everyone I interacted with was great. Definitely not your "typical car dealership slimy sales people" vibe. You deal with your personal advisor (in my case, Zach) the entire way through, you don't get passed between people. We ultimately did not buy from them because I was looking at Tesla EV's and decided to go with a new one over used in the end. I would definitely consider any of the Walser dealerships in the future.

Clean facility, professional staff, with none of the

Clean facility, professional staff, with none of the hassle you'd typically expect buying from a dealer. Worked with Zach Laham and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, honest, and straightforward sales person. No hidden details, no back and forth. Highly satisfied, highly recommend.

Great experience all around! The staff and cars are all wonderful! Would definitely make this a destination while in Wichita!

I just had a great experience buying my 718 Cayman GT4.

I just had a great experience buying my 718 Cayman GT4. I live out of town and I worked with Zach Laham. From day 1 he was great. SO responsive, SO lovely and ALWAYS available. He took the car outside of the showroom and videotaped it so I could see the true color out from under the lights. He even videotaped the car being picked up and being loaded into the truck for delivery to me so I could see my new baby on its way. Great experience all around. I’d ABSOLUTELY go back to this dealership. And absolutely request Zach!

Amazing customer service from Tyler!

After locating the Porsche of my dreams, I submitted a request for the dealer to call me. I was please with a very professional phone call from Tyler Grier. Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. My only sadness is that I couldn’t be there to personally shake the hands that provided the best customer service I’ve ever received in a vehicle purchase. Hats off to you all. Brian Roberds

If you're buying out of state and I would avoid Porsche

If you're buying out of state and I would avoid Porsche Wichita. Communication, follow-ups and the ability of putting together a simple Out the Door price is a painfully slow and arduous process. Even stating that you are 'ready to buy' and just need a signed Bill of Sale (in other words, I have money I would like to give you) leads to an utter breakdown in communication. On a side note: They refused to let the PPI inspector drive the vehicle...which is disconcerting.

Angela was very enjoyable to work with

Angela made the experience very enjoyable and pleasant. She kept us informed and up to date. She was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to friends .

College car

Mandi was great. communicated with me regularly and made it easy. Actually gave my daughter an option for a car we were not even looking at and ended up being the one we bought. Great experience.

Excellent Experience

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a vehicle from out of state but Mandi made the whole process seamless. She helped me every step of the way and answered all of my questions. If I had infinite funds, I would buy 10 more Porsches from her. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mandi to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Online purchase

I purchased the car after seeing it online and speaking with Alex. Alex was quick when it came to the agreement of selling the car and the wire, but after that I was the one following up to understand next steps. I understood from Alex that they sell and ship cars all the time... you would think they would have a better process for this. A simple e-mail explaining what to expect, step by step the process, anything so I don't have to keep calling for updates. The paperwork sent over had errors, it had to be resent (not the end of the world but attention to detail is everything in luxury). Its not like they were in a rush... I was not in the showroom. When the car arrived it didn't even have a full tank of gas. Again, luxury car, luxury service, attention to detail. The car is UNREAL! I would buy the car again and again hands down, but in a competitive space for dealers, service is the difference maker for me.
