Purchased a bentley gtc.

Purchased a bentley gtc..everything he said it was..no issues..price was very competitive

Absolute crooks!

Absolute crooks!!! Warning. Do not buy from this dealership. I bought a truck and on second day from purchase the engine acted up. Apparently I need a new engine. Be careful they are xxxxxxxx and will rob you if you let them. Do not purchase from them.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Hung up on a customer that had already been approved but wanted to speak to manager or finance manager. Was told not to call dealer or salesmen until 3 months bank statements were provided thru text message. But they already had pay stubs and ran the credit. If they need something additional they should just ask not be rude or a jerk.

very nice persons and happy with my McLaren 720s ,if i need at car again definingly i come back is at grey place to get luxury cars

Don’t buy their Lemons

Don’t buy from this dishonest dealer you will have repair bills up the Wazzu. I almost bought a Porsche 911. Gave the vin to Porsche dealership they said the car was a lemon stay away.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BSS

I put a deposit on a Rolls-Royce and the next day they sold it to someone else. Don't trust anything they tell you. No business ethics. The owner Jacob is the #1 lair. This is from his salesman Tony. !!!The deposit has been accepted for the 2017 Rolls-Royce dawn SCA666D59HU107044!!!! 1) if the vehicle is sold, why would you accept a second deposit? and not let the costumer know that it's a second place? 2) can you provide proof that it was sold before my deposit was accepted? Bet you cant!! There's a reason why the BBB has so many bad reviews of your Company!! The reason is YOU!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM YOU!!!

BUYERS BEWARE! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE>

Buyers BEWARE!!! Read all the reviews on Car.com as well. I would NEVER BUY a Car from this dealership again in my life. The owner does not CARE IN THE LEAST ABOUT YOU THE CLIENT. He is strictly MONEY MOTIVATED. I recently bought a used 2008 Porsche Carrera 4S from them. As I live in Western NY I paid for a professional PPI service to pre-inspect the vehicle for me. The vehicle arrived with the Cabriolet top not working and leaked the entire amount of hydraulic fluid all over my driveway before I could ever take it for my first ride. Upon calling the dealership the managers first response was not I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, but rather "You know it's a 2008 car". My local Porsche Mechanic gave me an Estimate for Just under $4,000. So I'm not talking about a cracked lens or something minor. Plus The Top is stuck in the 85-90% range, so I can't even drive it until it's fully repaired without the risk of damaging it farther. This is what really pissed me off is it took basically a week for him to respond with his answer. Which after the PPI company standing by their work offered to get the parts at cost, They come back to me with a Proposal where I still pay $1,400+ for the repair of a car I haven't even driven yet. Are you Kidding me. Please, and I do mean PLEASE, repost this and Share it with EVERYONE you know and anyone who ever mentions wanting a Porsche. BY ALL MEANS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. *THIS IS BOTH MY PERSONAL OPINION AS WELL AS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Agreed on Terms, Sold Car to Another Buyer

At 8:12pm on 5/10/2023 I made a deal over the phone with the owner of Carrio Motor Cars (Jacob) to purchase a Lamborghini Performante Spyder. At the end of the call he congratulated me, said the car was mine, and said he looked forward to building a long term relationship with me. Per our conversation, immediately after hanging up I texted him my email address and a picture of my driver’s license. Jacob then created a group text with his dealership’s head of sales, finance manager, and myself in which he confirmed the deal terms with his team, shared my personal information, and sent me wiring instructions. It was 8:40pm, and I was told the Bill of Sale and Title would be sent to me first thing Thursday morning. Concurrently, Jacob connected me with his shipping manager in a separate group text who took down my personal information to begin scheduling transportation from Miami to my home in Seattle. The next morning (5/11/2023), I did not receive any docs or hear anything from anyone at the dealership. At 1:20pm I texted the group (Jacob, head of sales, finance manager) for an update, as we were nearing the wire deadline. I did not hear anything and the deadline passed, so at 5:45pm I again texted the group chat for an update and once again did not hear anything. The next morning (5/12/2023) I received a call from a junior salesman who said a different customer had put a deposit down on the car, they were trying to work things out, and they would update me with more information. Despite calling and sending numerous texts throughout the day I never heard back from them, and I found out through social media the dealership had sold the car the previous day 5/11/2023. Our text thread clearly shows Jacob and I had a mutually agreed upon deal. I have bought a few high-end cars and never once heard of paying a deposit for a used one. If this was crucial I should have been given the opportunity to put down a deposit yet they never mentioned needing one. They reneged on our deal to sell the car to a different customer and did not even have the courtesy to inform me.

Well after reading all the negative reviews and the listed misrepresentation of the cars being sold at this dealership, I dont think I will be buying a car from them. Thank you for the reviews. They probably saved me from lots of headaches and $$$$. Its a shame since the listed cars appear to be good deals???
