Rude customer service. Could tell the SA was lying. Then I read the reviews and I was worried about them combined with my gut feeling and didn’t go back.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS!!! We purchase a 2015 Huracan and we’re told that this vehicle is in perfect condition. Was fully serviced and ready to go. We were told the tires were in great shape with 70% left. No damage or anything. This was a BIG FAT LIE. We were told if we wired the money the car would be shipped that night. Also a lie. It took them 3 weeks to get the car in an enclosed trailer. Another thing was the sales guy was dodging our calls, we had to call him from a random number just to have him pick up. Once we received the vehicle from transport we sent it to a Lamborghini certified auto shop. They told us this car was a LEMON and SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ON THE SALES FLOOR TO BEGIN WITH. The mechanic told us it was obvious the dealer knew the car had previously been in a wreck and failed to disclose. The tires were not at 70% they were bald. The navigation doesn’t work the knob control for the navigation does work. Oh and here the kicker. LEAKING SHOCK ABSORBER. This car is a lemon and we gave Stephen and Jacob the chance to do the right thing and rectify this issue. Instead they choose to have their lawyer gave us a call threatening us. We are building a case and a video with all pictures and issues with the vehicle. We were quoted 12k in repairs. I have Stephen in video saying they made 50k on that car…. I also have recordings of him lying and yes I did disclose that I was recording him. These men should be ashamed of themselves. There are plenty of other negative reviews and for good reason. They’re crooked liars and I think they should be held accountable for their actions. They even have you sign an NDA so you can complain online. They will threaten to sue you if you speak the TRUTH. Well the TRUTH will set you free and Karma will set you straight.

Excellent Dealer

Bought 2 cars from this dealership one was a Lamborghini Aventador the other was an Audi R8. Very helpful and efficient sales and service. If there is a particular car that you are looking for ask them they can find it for you. Plus they can ship it to wherever you need. Great dealership.

RUN AWAY! Don't let them con you too.

STAY AWAY from these dirtbags. They will lie and cheat to get the sale. They either don't care if a car has maintenance issues or are completely ignorant about cars. I bought a 2018 McLaren 570s from them. They represented it as being in perfect condition. I didn't do a PPI (my fault). They delivered the car with a flat tire, a check battery light, and a broken touch screen. Turned into $9,000 in repairs and all I got was attitude from the dealership. Not even an apology. Since then I've met dozens of people who were royally screwed over and scammed but the dealer made them sign a non-disclosure agreement to settle for a fraction of their repair costs. Read the reviews.... they no company has this many bad reviews.

Scammers, avoid dealership at all cost

They’re selling a 2008 Gallardo, posing as a Superleggera, which it is NOT. The vehicle is priced right where an actual Superleggera is priced to deceive buyers. Dishonest dealership. Avoid at all cost.

Beautiful On The Outside, Raggedy Under Hood

These people are horrible people who takes your money and sells you bad cars, especially Steffan the Salesman. Buyers please be aware of these xxxxxxxx, make sue you get a Mechanic to check your vehicle out before signing anything. Make sure you test drive the vehicle because if you don't you are screwed. Purchased a 2014 G-Wagon 3wks ago, I should have known they were scammers first off the tire was flat when we went to pick it up, there was not enough gas to get ro the gas station so Steffan the Salesman drove us to the nearest gas station to get gas. Upon arriving to the gas station I got out of the driver's back seat and the door would not close.. Problem #2. So Steffan said take it to his mechanic after he called him said he was the best and he would take care of the problem, and I also informed him that there was something wrong with the steering column he said Ok take it to the dealership. We 6ook ot to the dealership to find out we were driving a car that could crashed at anytime, mechanic said it was $6,070 worth of work and labor. We called Stefan and told him what's up and after that he ignored our calls and texts for about a week finally after getting in touch with him he said take the truck to another shop because the estimate was to high but he said this guy was the best. Well anyway we told them we would be willing to pay half, but just like they have done plenty of other people, we had to foot the bill ourselves!! No worries a bad name goes longer than a dollar!! Do Not Buy From These People!!

Be careful!

Interesting inventory. Sales staff leave something to be desired. Many promises made, but not kept. Asked to speak with Mr. Carrio several times. Never happened. Cynthia is the go-to person, at least while money is still on the table. Afterwards, not so much. Problems with Carrio: 1) purchase agreement is definitely not buyer-friendly, 2) pre-delivery inspection delayed delivery of car by four days, but had never really happened because car had trash in the interior, the oil maintenance notice was on, the low tire pressure notice was on (all tires were low), and the spare tire area was filthy and full of gravel, 3) the instrument panel surround had been pried off and replaced improperly, 4) the tag on the key fob indicated it was one of three, but the other two have never been delivered despite repeated requests (these fobs are not cheap). These are just the things that I have found so far. Overall, I would give them a 1 out of 5. Be careful.
