Cadillac XLR 2004 listing
Contacted them on numerous occasions regarding the availability of a specific model that they advertised. No response, No reply... As if I never contacted them. Not a very responsive dealership.

Worst Experience Ever!
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a used car dealer in the history of mankind. I needed to spend almost $10,000 in repairs because the dealer didn't disclose any of them. They don't return calls. Advice to myself: Stay away and run as fast as you can.

Owner
If i could warn anyone to run for the hills it would be from these guys, you will get taken to the cleaners. They said car was in mint condition. I got a wrecked Mclaren and the transport company ran out of room on there check sheet for all the scratches dents and repairs. They flip auction cars and wash titles that might be salvage registering them from out of state. Smooth as silk on the phone. once they get your money you can kiss your rear good bye. Lie after lie after lie. I hope Karma makes its visit soon to them

WORST SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE IMHO
We verbally agreed on a deal for a Bentley GTC and then I never got any details on how to move forward. Called Hannah and Aaron 3X and never got a return call. Next thing I know, I see the car is sold on their website. WOW. I was using USAA and TrueCar and was fully approved. I will make sure to let them and other veterans know how they do business and post my experiences everywhere that I can to help others.. xxxxxxxx!!!

Crooked Business
I drove from Jacksonville to purchase a Porsche from Jacob who had assured me the vehicle was in " Super condition". Once I arrived at Carrio motors I was dismayed that no one was even their and they were closed. After a few calls and a hour and a half of waiting Jacob showed up and offered no apologies what so ever. Getting down to business he took me into a large warehouse type building that had numerous vehicles all in some stage of repairs. Once he finally located the Porsche in this warehouse environment I was devastated to see the condition it was in! It didn't even resemble the Porsche shown on their website. Body damage, interior was a mess, obvious really bad respray of body panels. Porsche logos missing from the hood and rear deck. Front air dam was about to fall off. It became obvious that all pictures taken in front of the home for sale that Carrio Motors uses on their website was of a totally different Porsche. Jacob attempted to explain this away with the " It's a 9 year old car, its not in perfect condition" excuse, yet he had glowing comments when speaking on the phone. I could continue with even more about other vehicles I looked at on their property but believe me, it was very apparent that Carrio specializes in purchasing cars at cheap auctions and then throws a few dollars into them and posts photos at just the right angles and never up close as to hide all the flaws and damage. Lesson learned, but at least I didn't purchase online and use their delivery service as I considered. In closing, BEWARE of this ragtag collection of misfit and broken down vehicles and the crooked owners. By all means, purchase elsewhere and get a sound vehicle, not the scrap metal Carrio advertises on their site!

Just what I needed!
I own a local race track in the Ft. Lauderdale area and always have Monster Truck events for the spectators. I was in the market for some European Junk vehicles to have the trucks crush and land on during the performance. Carrio Motor Cars was exactly what I was looking for! They had a wide variety of European Sport and Luxury cars for sale to perspective suckers that were absolute scrap metal. I'm talking pure JUNK! I was actually amazed that the cars on hand were actually slated to be sold! Regardless, I was more than happy to have the vehicles I was interested in towed from their property, as none of them would even crank! The crowd the next few evenings really loved seeing those giant trucks crush these foreign models, even if they were already scrap metal. I highly recommend Carrio Motors if you're in the market for scrap iron or just junk in general! They have plenty!! Just check out their website!

Junk Dealer Motors is more like it!
I am a resident of Ga. and purchased a 2011 Chevy Corvette through the Dealers website. I had the vehicle shipped to Ga. by a reputable licensed and bonded vehicle transport company, ( Montway Auto Transport ).I had numerous communications with Jacob Carrio, and Louis Carrio and was assured this vehicle was in excellent condition. I even had a local Chevy dealer in Lauderdale Lakes perform a pre-purchase inspection. The report and invoice states the tires were low on air and they inflated them to meet the cars recommended tire pressure. It's obvious that at this point the dealer performing the inspection did what any individual would do and assumed they were just low on air. They would not have gone so far as to remove all 4 tires from the rims and inspect them for internal damage. Thats falls well out of the realm of a pre-vehicle inspection. Carrio motors however being the owner of the vehicle and it being in their possession would have to have been aware of this condition due to the fact that one tire in particular( right rear) will not hold air pressure for longer than 3 or 4 days. The vehicle has a tire pressure monitoring system onboard and would automatically have displayed the low pressure notification when the car was cranked and driven by Carrio motors personnel which occurred at least 3 times. It was driven to and from the Chevy dealer for inspection and also to an independant repair mechanic which they chose to take it to for a crankshaft pulley replacement. The independent mechanic drove the car back to Carrio Motors after the repair was complete. The tires were inflated at the Chevy dealer and the vehicle picked up from Carrio Motors on 03/29/2020. It was shipped enclosed and not subject to the outside elements. Personnel were at the location during the loading of the vehicle and notified me it had been picked up with no issues. It arrived at my home in Ga. on 03/31/2020. 2 days time. In that 2 days the right rear tire went from 30 lbs of air pressure to 9 lbs of air pressure. A loss of 21 lbs of air. I texted the phone number for Louis Carrio informing him I Was sold a car with a bad wheel but never received any type of reply until I filed a complaint with the BBB there in South Florida. Jacob Carrio replied on the BBB website that any damage to the wheel must have taken place during shipping. That is absolutely untrue and here is an explanation as to why, the wheel was inspected on 04/11/2020 by a reputable and well known tire repair / technician and facility and it was found to be corroded internally and thus would never hold air due to the the breakdown of the metal in which it was made from. The wheel is chrome. It was cleaned around the edge where leaking and the tire was remounted but to no avail. Leak continued as the tire technician stated before attempting the repair of the wheel. He also stated he had encountered this issue before with Corvette and other style chrome wheels. His recommendation is to replace the wheel because it could also be unsafe to drive at highway speeds. I have the Invoice stating the above information and the recommendation. So as you can clearly see this is not a damage issue from the shipment of the car and the corrosion certainly did not occur between the time it left Carrio Motors and arrived at my home. That's absolutely absurd. The condition existed while in the possession of Carrio and clearly they would just add air to the tire when necessary and never informed me of the problem or the possible danger of driving this vehicle! The alarming concern for me as a Father is the fact I informed Jacob Carrio and Louis Carrio that the car was to be a graduation gift for my Son. Knowing now that this vehicle is not safe to operate due the corrosion issue discovered it scares me to think what possibly could have occurred had he ever driven the car and got it to highway speed limits! These guys are dealing GARBAGE! BUY STUPIDLY ONLY. COM / Carrio Genuine Lemons.

Misrepresentation of vehicle and lack of contact.
Purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 from this lame excuse of a car dealer. Dealt with some half wit Jacob Carrio. Bragged about how immaculate this car was and the great shape it was in. I had it shipped to my business and when it arrived it had leaked brake fluid all over the vehicle below it. Bells and warning light were going off from the minute I first cranked the car. Even worse, smoke was pouring out the exhaust pipes and liquid as well. Jacob Carrio claims none of these conditions existed when the car was at the so called dealer ship. He is absolute xxxx and will lie about everything associated with the purchase of the car. No one at the business will reply to my call. They have totally ignored me since receiving payment for the car. I am in the progress of filing a lawsuit against this shady business for violation of the Florida Lemon Law and want to warn anyone out there to steer clear of this car dealer and purchase elsewhere. You will be glad you did.
