Have come in to the dealership a couple of times now in

Have come in to the dealership a couple of times now in need of an oil change, and they have been able to do it that day without an appointment. Last visit arrived around 3pm in need of an oil change and recall service they took it without issue and it was ready at 5. Always good service and with available coupons I get a reasonable price. Isaac was courteous and helpful.

Just bought a Jeep Wagoneer.

Just bought a Jeep Wagoneer. I hate shopping. It doesn't matter what it's for. I like to find what I want and then buy online or pick-up at store to spend as little time as possible there, Bayway was able to let me do just that and gave me top dollar on my trade in. Micko was awesome and worked with me every step of the way. I was talking and negotiating with 5 different dealerships for 3 days trying to get the car, the trade in value and the deal that I wanted. Micko came out on top and EARNED my business. I highly recommend him and Bayway!

Be aware buyers!

Be aware buyers! Please choose another place to buy a vehicle. This dealership seems to care when you are purchasing a vehicle from them, however, after the purchase is made the customer service goes out the window. I purchased a vehicle here five months ago this was a brand new vehicle (4miles on it at the time of purchase). I had to bring the vehicle back to the shop on day number two because the engine light came on due to a mechanical issue. In five months this vehicle has been to their shop twice for mechanical repairs. It’s currently in their shop and has been there for almost two weeks and now has damage to it from the hail storm (so I was told). When your vehicle is there being repaired it’s unprotected and you’ll be responsible for the damages. The general manager, Jennifer is unprofessional and unconcerned. My vehicle now has thousands of dollars of damage, and the general manager would not even come out of the office to speak with me. (Horrible customer service) I would never recommend anyone to go through this after purchasing a $60,000 vehicle. Just find another place people.
