I absolutely LOVED my experience here! Nas was amazing! I didn't feel pressured or haggled to buy anything... he was charismatic, knowledgeable, and a gentleman from start to finish! My car was clean and serviced well before pulling off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and will be back for any future purchases ❤ THANKS AGAIN NAS 😉 XOXO

Dishonest Sales Tactics

My dad went to test drive a vehicle I was interested in purchasing on Wednesday. He had an appointment with Patrick, however, another sales person went on the test drive with him. He mentioned when he got back that it was busy and it seemed Patrick wasn't very interested in taking time to speak to him as he was under the impression that we weren't going to purchase. He did get a chance to ask about the price of the vehicle and Patrick confirmed that the price is what was listed online. I called at 9:30 on Thursday morning to let Patrick know that we were ready to move forward with the vehicle. I asked the final cost and the required holding fee as we weren't financing the vehicle and needed time for the bank to transfer funds. Patrick told me the holding fee was $500 for a 7 business day hold, however, when he sent the one time authorization, he text that he made a mistake and forgot the $500 is only applicable to a one day hold and that it was actually $1000 due. I told him I need time to transfer the full $1000 into the account I was going to use and he said I didn't need to worry as the money wouldn't be withdrawn prior to the documents being signed. He then sent a text saying financing or whomever wanted to send the receipt for the deposit in the packet with the paperwork, so the deposit was withdrawn prior to anything being signed. When I received the receipt, I asked if that meant the vehicle would be taken off the market and was told that wouldn't happen until the docs are signed. Odd because the deposit was already withdrawn from my account, so I asked if that's still applicable since they already had my deposit. He said not to worry and it was in the process of being taken down- it never got taken down. I let him know the other party that would be signing was swamped at work and he said it was fine and to just do my part really quickly and send it back. This was at 3:45 in the afternoon. I then got tied up with some things at work for about an hour and Patrick contacted me twice about signing the documents within that time. When I opened the documents to sign, I saw the sale price of the vehicle listed at $899 more than what was stated online and discussed. I text Patrick about the discrepancy and asked for it to be rectified. He called and said that was the actual sale price of the car because of the 100-whatever point inspection, tires that don't need to be replaced in the first year, the detailing of the car and some other things the vehicle was advertised with being done already, and there was no mention of the things he stated incurring an extra cost ANYWHERE. They were not itemized in the same way the processing fee and taxes were. I requested for those things to be reflected in the documents and/or for him to send an explanation in writing as it was a lot of info to process through a phone call, which never happened. When I let him know that I felt this was entrapment/ price gouging because I was only aware of the change in price after viewing the documents I was being rushed to sign, his first response was that he will refund my deposit as he prefers to maintain a good customer relationship than sell a car. I told him I shouldn't be penalized due to their lack of transparency and instead of refunding the Deposit, all they had to do was correct the price. He said he didn't have the power to do that, that I wasn't the 1st customer with this concern and I asked to be put in touch with a manager. He said they were really busy at the dealership, so I asked if he's insinuating my business wasn't valued. He assured me that he will have someone contact me shortly but they would tell me the same thing. No one ever called. My dad called Patrick and asked for the deposit to be refunded when he provided the same nonsense explanation for the price change. He asked Patrick for the contact info of the owner which was never provided. Be sure to look over everything closely and don't trust verbal agreements.
