“BUYER BEWARE” These guys are Pros “PROFESSIONAL

“BUYER BEWARE” These guys are Pros “PROFESSIONAL GRIFTERS” These guys are so “FULL of xxxx” they’re scammer, don’t believe them, they’re slick 70’s car salesman may be charming at first, but Beware, they advertise a low price then they add another $3000 -$4000 on top and tell you they’re ad only show how much they pay for the car, and they need to add they’re profit on the back end, ( load of xxxx) they tried to scam us by adding in extended warranty and only show us monthly payments, when I asked for breakdown of how he got the total, he left us sitting and waiting for 30 minutes and comes and tries to convince me that even after adding his profit on the back end his price is still the lowest, the point I’m expecting to pay advertised price not however much more he wants from me, We went to Tesla directly and brought a new 2026 model y with Tesla special low interest, our payment are similar to his 2023 model y

Called, and arranged time to be there and buy the Tesla

Called, and arranged time to be there and buy the Tesla we discussed. Drove 80 miles to get to dealer. Price was 24,999 and getting the $4k rebate. Instead, when I went there, they wanted the $4k, basically selling it for $29k plus $2k of some “service fee”. Then when I told them about the PointOfSale rebate, they said they couldn’t find the car keys, then they said the car wasn’t there, then said that it was sold!!! Complete waste of time. Dishonest dealer. I’ll stay away.

This is the worst car purchasing experience I've ever

This is the worst car purchasing experience I've ever experienced in 50+ years of car buying. I could write a chapter on this dealership from top to bottom. No communication at all, no responses to many requests to be provided paperwork relating to the purchase and finally had to drive 70 miles to get the copies I needed. Don't even stop here! just keep driving ...

Called to discuss pricing on a few of the Tesla's in

Called to discuss pricing on a few of the Tesla's in stock. Since the use EV tax credit is only available on vehicles under 25k it was confusing as to how they were applying the credit to vehicles which were over this. When I asked the sales rep on the phone if he could help me understand pricing his exact words were "well, we're at a bit of a catch-22 here, since we don't discuss numbers over the phone". Ohhhh so you put numbers on your website, on Cars.com but you can't talk about them over the phone... ok sounds legit. Unless you are an absolute glutton for pain, steer clear

I started contacting this dealership on August 4th and

I started contacting this dealership on August 4th and they reached back to me through text. There was a specific car I was very interested in and they assured me someone would contact me about it. It is now the 26th of August and no one has ever reached out to me despite me contacting them three separate times since then and each time being told someone would call me about the vehicle. It's like they didn't want my business or something.

SCAMMERs!

SCAMMERs!!! They list the car for a very low price but the actual price is $10,000 more, they charge ridiculous amounts in “dealers fee” BE AWARE of these Scammers, no wonder they got 1 star ratings

Bate and switch.

Bate and switch. They list cars on the site and when you get there, NONE of those cars are available. I drove over an hour and then was upsold a car that was $5000 more with more miles. I’d steer very far away from this dealer.

We went in over the weekend to look at a car with the

We went in over the weekend to look at a car with the intent to purchase the car. There were issues with the car and they weren't willing to negotiate at all. I caught them in lies at the dealership. Their processing fee is much higher than any other dealership. I'm so glad we ended up walking away without buying a car. I think it would've been a problem car from the time we drove it off the lot. The one positive thing about the dealership is the employees were very friendly.

This Dealership is NOT Honest.

This Dealership is NOT Honest. Buyer Beware. There are many complaints with the BBB terrible reviews. My Pathfinder was listed one their site for $15,999 My bill was a shocking $25,000 with a $1000 down payment. So that's an extra $10,000+ tacked on with no mention where the $$ is other than they charged me $19,999 for the car. After I finally received my tags and went for my inspection I found out that the plates are licensed to another Pathfinder. A little more digging better that the car was also was salvaged by an insurance claim and was stolen at one point. All issues that should have been explained to me prior to purchase. 6 months later I still don't have a registration for my vehicle. Why???? There are many complaints with the Better Business Bureau about this company as well.
