I would rate ZERO stars if I could. My mom wanted the LS400 from the dealership and we currently live in Washington DC. She’s been talking to Mike the owner for almost 2 weeks about this car and he’s apparently been very helpful. So yesterday 1/14 we set up a video call on FaceTime with his assistant to see the car and something went wrong. He then called me and said he didn’t want to sell the car for some strange reason. I don’t know if it was some type of race issue but it was very unprofessional & rude. I sent him a text message after he ignored a couple of my calls asking if it was about race. He called me back and said it was someone else that called me back to cancel the deal then just to come clean 2 minutes later to apologize for making the comment he mad about not wanting to sell my mom the car. He then wanted to make the deal after my text to him but the damage was already done. DONT BUY FROM CARS-Kc, LLC… very rude, unprofessional, classless and TO ME SEEMED RACIST…

I really don't get the bad reviews. I purchased a car on ebay and the deal fell thru. This because of something that could not have been known to either of us.. They were professional, fair, honest. They could not have been better. Would do business with them again in a second.

Do not purchase from here This is the used car dealer your parents warned you about!!!! The car u got started throwing cel codes day 1 bad turbo leaked 2 quarts of oil a week missing wheel lugs and leaking anrifreeze!

I do not recommend this dealer, very bad service, very rude. Read all reviews before you buy here, this dealer is a scam, buyers do not trust this guy.

I would rather get deployed again than deal with this xxx!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any organization not just dealerships. In my opinion this dealership and owner should not be allowed to own a business in the US. I had to contact KS / MO District Attorney's offices, DMV, Congressman, and Senators offices to get a $16 title replacement and it took almost a year. They were rude and disrespectful to me and simply refused to accept they were at any fault.

This was the easiest process I ever had buying a car. So I thank you and my wife, thanks you too!!! I will definitely recommend Cars-Kc, to all my friends and family members.

Shady mike sold me a Mercedes that had a known transmission problem! When I made him aware as I spoke to the previous owner as he was too cheap to title it on his own.. He cussed at me and told me he don’t give a xxxx about the previous owner... When I went in person to speak about the warranty, He told me to get the xxxx out of his office and he called the police on me. We are now going to court and I will be winning!! Also the car will not even pass inspection as it has a broken exhaust underneath. And he refuses to speak with me. This guy has no reason to be in the dealership business, he has a snake, a thief and a liar!!

Mike sold me an illegal vehicle that would not pass inspection. His response, he would get me a "deal". "Not under warrantee" he said. "What else?" He said. Can't wait to see him respond to this one. I am writing up a complaint to the bbb. He knows what he did and refuses to own up. Look out! He's a crook with no ethics whatsoever. Responded by saying some customers just can't be satisfied. That's a laugh!! He is a con man who will rip you off, take off all the good parts and lie TO YOUR FACE.
