We really enjoyed working with both Roger and Marcel at AutoNation Katy. They were very attentive and willing to help us when other dealerships in the area were not. I really liked Roger and Marcel's positive attitudes and customer-driven personalities. The whole process was completely seamless and we are very satisfied with the car-buying process and AutoNation!

Very good experience.

Very good experience. Justin was friendly and attentive, didn’t push on getting a vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Only negative is AutoNation requires you to put your vehicle on your insurance right then before you’re even finished the paperwork and want a copy of the new insurance card. I was able to submit it through my insurance company app but as it was late on Friday, day after Thanksgiving, getting one is impossible and they are bit impatient.

I bought a car here and was given the most immaculate

I bought a car here and was given the most immaculate service and care when it came to the car buying process. I worked with Roger and Marcel at the Katy location. They sell with the gentle approach of understanding what your needs are and finding the best solution for you. I visited and test drove a car a few days before and that had a simple problem with the Mass Airflow Sensor. I ended up deciding to buy the car, Roger made sure to keep me update on its status to be fixed ASAP. He and Marcel stayed with me an HOUR after closing to ensure that the problem was fixed so I could drive home with my newly purchased car. I live further away from the dealership and Marcel even drove to a nearby gas station to fill up my tank. The hospitality and support through a stressful process and big decision was unmatched. Having been to look at cars at four dealerships prior, I walked in assuming to be as disappointed with the service as I was all other dealerships. Roger and Marcel were my light at the end of the tunnel, making me confident and excited about my grand purchase. I would 10/10 recommend them and AutoNation to everyone!! Ask for Roger, Marcel or Summer at AutoNation to have all your needs met and more!

I am horrified by this dealership they start off charming

I am horrified by this dealership they start off charming you then they bite you like a snake first they got me through the door because capital one said I was approved we have not the best credit America because of COVID inflation etc n so they say I'm approved go there they let me drive off the lot gave them my 2010 Mercedes Benz 90 k miles tv with remote a siren when u c authority they gave me 3500 and I put down 500 well in the midst of trying to get approved because they never initially resolve it like they should I end up not working therefore no more qualifications they say they going to give me my money back they say we going to send you email nothing now they avoid my calls return call one time I have sent two emails they have caller ID so when they see me calling they send me to voicemail how do I know because one time when I called before this got started they answered the phone then was available and would say how you doing Ms Barlow the night I bring the car they had me thinking I spoke with the director he said his name was marisel call the next day now it's marisel the sale rep they dont know what im talking about have not been able to reach a director manager no one and my car gone my money gone smh and initial i gv them a good review i told you charmers
