I paid $25,000 cash for a 2019 Ford Expedition MAX from GW Trucks. Within 24 hours, the engine failed — Ford found metal shavings in the oil pan and said it needs $21k in repairs. This is my family’s only vehicle, and with my wife expecting our third child, we’ve been forced into expensive rentals just to get by. The service contract they sold me was denied for coverage as a pre-existing issue, and despite a certified demand letter, GW Trucks has ignored me completely. Do not risk your family’s money or safety here — they sold me a lemon and walked away.

Purchase vehicle online, have not received vehicle. Lied about shipping, won’t return calls,text or emails. Considering contacting police for fraud!

I recently purchased a 2023 Camry from GW Trucks in June and flew in from Georgia this past weekend to pick it up. I worked with PJ, who was very responsive and helpful during the financing process. Before finalizing the purchase, I made two very clear requests — both documented via text: That the vehicle be professionally detailed. That the tires be safe and road-ready for the long drive back to Georgia. PJ assured me both would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, it was immediately obvious the vehicle had not been detailed. The front storage compartment under the radio was full of trash, old papers, and coins caked in a sticky substance that has to be pried out. There was still trash in the back seat and door compartments. Even worse, I found condoms in the small storage area next to the steering wheel. Trying to look past that, I started my drive home only to discover the windshield washer fluid was completely empty and the coolant reservoir was nearly dry — concerning given that I was told the car had been inspected and prepared for the trip. More importantly, the tires are not safe. At speeds above 50 mph, the rear tires shake badly, and all four tires are visibly worn. I now have to replace them this week at a cost of around $600, plus another $250 for the professional detail that should have been done before I ever took delivery. I also found out the window tint is illegal in my state, so I’ll have to pay to have that corrected too. I understand the car was sold as-is, but I made my expectations very clear ahead of time, and PJ explicitly confirmed these items would be addressed. I trusted your dealership based on strong online reviews, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and left me with little confidence in the vehicle’s overall condition. To be clear, I have photos and text messages to support all of this, and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state of Florida. This is very much a buyer beware situation — do not trust what you’re told unless you can personally inspect the vehicle yourself.

Everyone needs to pay attention to the google reviews and other car website reviews of this place. They are all true. They are the absolute worst dealership out there. It took me almost two weeks to get answers to questions from kamal and yama. Each one of them lies and makes up different stories. No one ever returns your calls etc. i chose to take my business to a reputable dealership after trying with this place. Do yourself a favor and go buy from anyone else but here

I would never do business with this company again. They charged me $2200 for absolutely terrible work they did painting my wheels (they only painted the front of them and that's peeling). I have texts from **** saying she didn't know that the third party company they gave this work to only painted the front and for the price they charged it was 'unacceptable '. The paint has already peeled off. ******** painted, they did that twice and it's all peeled off. Wheel lights which they fitted incorrectly 3 times and an auxilary horn which stopped working within a week. They had my car in the shop for a month. A MONTH!! Despite promises from them to put it right they never did. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from **** and ****) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. I now have to pay to get everything done again. Terrible experience.*** UPDATE 1/10/24 ***AFTER ONE OF THE OWNERS ***** REACHED OUT TO ME PROMISING TO MAKE GOOD, I'VE SPENT THE LAST WEEK ONCE AGAIN GETTING THE RUNAROUND. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE **** BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND NOW AGAIN ITS UP TO ME TO MAINTAIN CONTACT AND ALL I'M GETTING ARE MESAGES 'WE ARE AT AN AUCTION'. THEY HAVE NOW DROPPED COMMUNICATION BUT KEPT MY MONEY. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. BEWARE THIS COMPANY

Great down to earth dealership, all staff super friendly and knowledgeable and excited to tell you about their cars!!! Mine unfortunately had a deposit on it already!!!! Would go back any time!!!
