Absolutely awful experience and I’m very afraid that I’m about to have to jump through hoops to get the title and license plate for a car I paid for IN FULL back in May! These people are so rude and extremely unprofessional they threatened to call the police on me because I demanded to know why it had been over 2 months and I didn’t have a tag (they must of thought that would make me afraid to keep asking what was going on). I know it’s difficult when you’re looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price but trust me when I say these aren’t the folks you want to shop with.

Found the car I wanted online. Called them and got pre approved before making the drive. I wa son and out within 30-45 minutes. Very pleasant experience I will be sending all of my friends and family to Stateline.
