I have never experienced such blatant dishonesty,

I have never experienced such blatant dishonesty, manipulation, and downright shady behavior from a car dealership as I did at Nashua Kia. If you’re considering doing business here, turn around and run — unless you enjoy being lied to, misled, and financially jerked around. We went in on May 3rd to trade in our damaged 2023 Kia Sportage and explore a new vehicle. We were 100% upfront about the accident. We provided photos and a detailed explanation, assuming — foolishly — that transparency would be met with honesty. The sales rep, Celine, consulted with the GM, Steve, and they came back with a $9,000 trade-in offer, knowing full well the vehicle hadn’t been inspected yet. We explicitly asked, “What happens if you get the car and change your mind?” Their response: “This is our offer. We’re taking the gamble.” That was a lie. Based on their firm and direct assurance — in front of me, my husband, and my parents — we proceeded. We signed all the paperwork and handed over a $4,000 down payment. We were literally congratulated. The finance manager told us the deal was “99% done.” We were told we’d be driving the new vehicle by Monday. Then, suddenly, the story changed. We were told the deal was contingent on an in-person inspection — something they never once mentioned before we signed and paid. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. After locking us in financially, they reviewed the vehicle and slashed the trade-in value, forcing us into a worse deal. To make matters worse, we noticed they had tried to charge us Massachusetts sales tax, even though we are New Hampshire residents. We caught it ourselves — not them. It almost felt like a deliberate attempt to sneak in extra profit under the radar. Whether it was incompetence or deception, either way it’s unacceptable. And the final straw? The 10-year warranty coupon we were promised as part of the deal vanished. When we picked up the car, Jake (the finance manager) again reassured us that the warranty was coming and to keep an eye on our email. There was never any mention that it was conditional or at risk. Then, a few weeks later after still not receiving any email, we contacted Jake and we were told it was being revoked because the dealership was “losing too much money” on the deal. This wasn’t just poor customer service — it was a coordinated effort to mislead us from beginning to end. From false trade-in promises, to shady paperwork, to broken warranty commitments, to what felt like an attempted tax scam — this entire experience was a disgrace. I would never trust this dealership again, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re considering Nashua Kia, don’t walk — run the other way. This place operates with zero integrity, zero transparency, and zero respect for its customers.

Before I made the hour and 15 minute drive to Nashua Kia

Before I made the hour and 15 minute drive to Nashua Kia to make the deal, I requested a written invoice showing how much I was going to pay with all fees, trade in allowance and sales tax. When I arrived everything changed. They did not honor the written invoice they emailed to me. Both dealership managers Gamalier Toro and Steve Burrill did not help whatsoever in trying to gain my trust back. Just a word of caution… a written invoice is supposed to be honored not changed when you get to the dealership to make the deal.

Too notch

I have researched many cars and done tons of shopping over the past few months, and went into this dealership on a whim. Although they had limited staff, I never had to wait or felt my time was disrespected. Both staff members were extremely knowledgeable and were able to assist myself and other customers properly. I had not researched or considered Chia prior to popping in but I am glad that I did. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they have been completely attentive, even after we left the lot. I am happy with my decision and completely recommend Gammy and Heidi if you're ever in the area. Gammy really knows the his stuff. for the first time, I left a car dealership, not agitated or regretful.

Steer Clear!!!

If I could give negative stars at this point I would!!! This unprofessional, Rude, disorganized, rip-off of a business has literally gone from bad to worse and the quicker I can move on from them the better off I will be! Unfortunately I cannot write everything as there is not enough room so I'm going to try to include as much as I can with the space given. Nov 2019 I made the deal insured my car signed the papers and was told it was a done deal $519 a month for a 2020 Kia soul but I had bad credit and my truck was finished I had been in a rental for months and needed a car! Anyway due to lack of communication as well as misplaced paperwork and other such bs I made 2 payments ( yep 2 months)on my car after the down payment before I was able to turn in my rental and actually drive my car off the lot. My truck they took in trade sat in front of my apartment for over a year and even after numerous calls and false promises the police finally gave me 24 hours to get it off the st B4 they towed at "owners" expense.. Again I called told them what was going on "we will take care of it.... Needless to say $350 and signing a paper from giving the garage that towed my truck ownership ( Nashua had never even touched the title I signed over so everything was at my expense) the truck was finally gone. Now present day recall on my vehicle that if course died on the side of the highway before I knew there was a recall had my car towed to them and was told right away it will be a wait maybe even a COUPLE mounths (very rudely spoken by the way) as there are 13 other cars all with similar issues and only one mechanic and I will not be covered for a rental until they diagnose the vehicle in short be it has been going on 5 months I am a single mother of two and to get by I clean houses on the side of my regular job so that I can pay my bills. Well I now have maxed out both my cc and cleaned out my savings and lost my cleaning jobs as I have no vehicle to get there and can not longer afford rental fees and I'm afraid to even call anymore because they are so rude everytime and just keep saying they have not looked at my car yet and don't know when they will get to it and at the 3 month mark I was reprimanded that there are 13 other cars that all want there vehicle too ( still 13 after 3 months?) And basically how dare I question them and get upset as I'm losing everything I have worked so hard to put in place as a single mom with an autistic child and no support system I cannot believe this is legal and have basically given up hope as it will take years to regain what I've lost due to the negligence of this dealership once again!! As I said there is more that I cannot fit but these are the most important and I hope to keep others from being put through what I have been through!

Unprofessional, withdrew from a deal.

I am writing this review because I wanted to express how disappointed and unprofessional we were treated here by the finance manager (Tyler) and general manager. The sales person was wonderful, professional, yet her high ups are another story. Everything was done but the signing process, price, trade in, and payments all agreed on. On out way to sign the paperwork which is 1 hr 30 mins from our home we get a call from someone named Tyler (finance) to tell us that the deal is off and the sales person messed up on the numbers. He was abrupt and basically would not go into details. I finally got it out of him that the general manager changed his mind to do $2,000 less on my car trade in and "that's that from general manager". My husband and I were appalled because everywhere else was giving us the same as the agreed upon trade in but we went with them because how lovely the sales lady was. Come to find out everything was agreed upon originally until the general manager vetoed it. I asked to speak with manager and Tyler stated "nope, thats the offer." Then hangs up. So, if I were you I wouldn't waste your time at this place. We ended up going to a different dealership, Kia of Dartmouth, and they gave us the same original deal. They are friendly and no strings attached. I would not recommend Kia of Nashua if you can't even get the manager to speak to you.

Unethical, reported to DOJ and Kia

Scam, reported to DOJ of NH and Kia Corporate. Price gouging at its best. Unethical and illegal. Advertises one price and verbally tells you about the scam of price gouging on top of MSRP, because everything is doing it. Do not fall for these types of people, all should be fired.

Misleading pricing

When I arrived around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon 8/8/21 there wasn’t a customer in sight. I did notice two people in an office, both sitting down. I thought maybe it was a sales conversation so I patiently waited. Turned out to be two associates chatting with one another and completely ignoring me. After inquiring about two different vehicles I was informed that one was on hold for the owner that was displayed in the show room and the other was listed online for one price but then when I looked at the window sticker it said a different. I asked why that would be and he said it’s the to the market adjustment. I completely understand the market is hot right now but I am a firm believer in being up front and honest about your prices. The FTC prohibits those acts and protects consumers from deceptive advertising. When I explained to him I wasn’t willing to pay more than what the sticker price was listed at, he (Dakota) said to me “ it’s not what your start at right, it’s where you end.” I said absolutely not, it’s dishonest I will never go back there. I will be sure to share my experiences elsewhere and with other potential buyers. Now I understand why no one else was there.

Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! I purchase a certified pre-owned 2017 Kia Forte in April 2021. During inspection, was told all four tires have dry rot. Went to Nashua Kia and they refused to help. They sold us a car with four defective tires and the Service Department was very rude!!!
