Lied to from the beginning

I was told I didn’t need a deposit Then they tried to sell me 17 thousand$ car for Forty thousand then the paid for my insurance with their card and the deal fell through cause I couldn’t take then still waiting for $ to be returned to me!!!!!

Go to a different dealership

We are buying a KIA, but from a different dealership. The customer service at this dealership was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life for any establishment, and I’ve ordered fried chicken at Harolds Chicken in Chicago at 2 am plenty of times. I made an appointment 4 hours prior to arriving, and was made to wait. Only after I indicated that I would be leaving if I was not helped did I actually have someone “help”. They knew nothing about the car, the sales, or the offers that the dealership or KIA had, and instead spent multiple minutes searching for answers to my questions online or in their intranet. Finally I asked to just see a car. As he left to get the keys, another associate came and started pulling stickers off the car indicating it was already sold. I asked if we could literally just sit in the car to see if this model was the one we would buy and he refused. At that point I walked away from this total joke of a dealership. We will be purchasing our Kia elsewhere

Will never go back!!

Many many reasons why Nashua Kia received this poor rating: 1) Sales person Larry did not communicate the price correctly over the phone he, knowingly, mislead me to get me in the store. 2) When it came down to fixing the price and owning the issue Larry and the manager were deceptive. 3) The manager acted like a 13 year old child! He would say we beat the other deanship's offer.. he did by $1... Really? This is how the do business. 4) Larry promised us we would be out in 1.5 hours... he left without finishing the deal and we waited 3 hours... even texted him and he did not respond. 5) We never were asked what type of financing we wanted or how it would work they just put papers in front of us... 6) The final checkout. Larry wanted us to sign papers BEFORE the process was done. If we had we would have never received the proper checkout process, which he left, long before, it was done. I will never return to Nashua for anything, not service NOR our next car.

Great Sales Team

Sales Rep Chrystyan was amazing to work with. Chrystyan, his GM Austin and Sales Manager Dave helped make my choice for a new Kia Optima easy and stress free. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and made the whole car dealership and car purchasing experience so easy. They got me at my price point with no back and forth, and listened to me and what I wanted. We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima, and after my great experience with them, my son's girlfriend went to Sales Rep Chrystyan and purchased a 2019 Kia Forte. I highly recommend Kia of Nashua and we will continue to recommend Sales Rep Chrystyan to our friends and family because he listens and does his best to get you what you want and need with no stress or hassle. 😁

Amazing customer service!

Had a great experience with the manager Chris, as well as their sales team. They are very professional and attentive. Went in around 9am left with my brand new Kia Optima around 4pm. Chris was very easy going, professional and up front and transparent with me from the start. Would definitely recommend purchasing your new Kia from Nashua Kia

Awesome people work there! I called in and the people who work on the phones are real life-savers! They were kind, friendly, and tried to help me with every little problem I had! :D
