Walk in knowing something about the vehicle you want

Walk in knowing something about the vehicle you want because of your research. Go to the respective dealers and drive a few. In the other vehicles of your choice sit down with associate and they read from their screens when the product you want different from the test drive model you drove is on their schedule of allocations. Almost want. Well the experience at Honda of Olathe is different. At the ready was Selden Shefcyk , whose we consider the concierge. He gets the vehicle, rides with you, and later brings the menu of features. After understanding what it is in “HONDA” the vehicle was on the other side of the showroom window. Selden gets water and his salsas associate Jess with the out the door price. She discusses the options : buy, trade, Lease, or finance. Selden takes the your fob and Jess tells you what the can offer. It’s in line with CARMAX offer and don’t have any one to give or sell to so put the trade figure in the mix. Honda now has special rate on Hybrids and no pre penalty. Well deal done return next Morning and Selden is there to teach the class on how to make the Canyon Blue Hybrid CRV go. Oh, the SUV is a ‘25. All other company’s where looking for ‘24s. Selden and Jess got us what we want at the published price we expected to pay and they recognized the value of our trade which we always thought part of the family. It’s like they were saying we made a valuable choice last time and this is a valuable choice this time.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door here. Rob was very respectful of our time and wishes. Never pushy but always informative.he answered every question we had and when he didn’t know the answer he said he would find the answer. After we purchased our vehicle, he set everything up and said he would continue teaching me how to use the tech inside the vehicle until I was ready to leave. Even though they were very busy that day, I still felt like the number one priority.
