Great experience!

I was lost and overwhelmed looking for a new car. Going in to Frank Ancona Honda I was greeted and made very comfortable. Parker was so helpful in helping me find what my family needed and within our budget! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. You can really see how knowledgeable he is and that he cares about his career. Makes all the difference!

Upgrade to 2016

The customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and not pushy. We were very happy with the sales staff and how quickly things moved along. They approached us about upgrading our 2013 to a 2016. We could not be happier! This is the second Honda Odyssey we have bought from Frank Ancona.

WOW! Wonderful Experience and Great Employees

I live in Oklahoma City and was surfing the web looking for a low mileage 2005 Jeep Rubicon. I found one at Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe, Kansas which is over a five drive hours away. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Lynn Lowe. We spoke on the phone and I was pleasantly surprised at how well Lynn listened to me and put no pressure on trying to make the sale. We spoke several times in the course of a week or so. I felt after talking with Lynn that he was someone that was honest in his description of the vehicle and genuinely concerned to take care of me and my search. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check with Lynn Lowe and Patrick Mulvihill (Pre-owned Sales Manager) when making your next car purchase.

Purchase of New 2016 Honda Accord EX with Honda sensing

I have now purchased my third Honda Accord from Frank Ancona Honda and my wife also purchased a 2015 Honda CRV just a few months ago. Augustine "Auggie" Lee did an excellent job of locating the specific vehicle with the specific options that I wanted and then negotiated a fair price both for the new vehicle and for my trade-in. I will keep going back to Frank Ancona Honda both because of the competitive pricing on new vehicles, but also because of their excellent service department.

No-Hassle, Best-Price New Honda with Great Customer Service

Frank Ancona Honda is AMAZING! Recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic LX with navigation package...I love my new car and I loved the service and experience that the Frank Ancona employees offered!! I did some shopping around and even visited another Honda dealer before going to Frank Ancona. The other Honda dealer gave me a price range, but didn't make me comfortable. I took the lowest price to Frank Ancona. Tony Yi of Frank Ancona matched the price and offered me a Lifetime Power Train Warranty on top of that - all over webchat. When I gave the other dealer a chance to match the offer (since I spent half a day in person with her), the employee said she could no longer give me that price and she couldn't offer the power train warranty. So a few days later, I went back to Tony and he said his offer stood. He then tracked the color car I wanted down in Nebraska and got it back to me during the first real bad weather of 2015. When I went to pick up the car, Tony met me and passed me off to Brian McLin who showed me features of the car, took me for a drive in the car, and answered all of my questions. He didn't leave me to figure out all of the features and technology on my own with the owner's manual, instead he walked me through the remote start, navigation, bluetooth, Sirius, econ, cameras, climate control, heated seats, etc. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend seeking out Tony and Brian at Frank Ancona if you are in the market for a Honda. So pleased! :)
