Our process of finding the right vehicle took some time. A friend had recommended Jeremy in the import section to help find our Kia Telluride. We were very satisfied with the level of effort that was made as well as him following up with us to keep us in the loop. Everyone was wonderful that we worked with. Rene was a gem throughout the process. He was patient and respectful, staying past closing to make sure that everything went well, and was very kind to my family. Lorenzo and Sean worked with me on the financing without pressuring me and came up with a few options for me to consider. Jack also stayed late to make sure my paperwork got done, but never made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Took our son to purchase his first ever car - he is attending Kent State and was excited at saving up the funds for a deposit, we searched out cars and found one he liked online and it was at Ricart. Nervous and excited we took him and they treated him extremely respectfully and spent the time to explain everything to him in very simple terms. Our trade in was evaluated at more than fair and our salesperson even found an extra discount program that we didn't know about and got us the payment that fit our son's ability to afford. Maria our sales associate was phenomenal in showing us the vehicles and the features and wasn't pushy at all but extremely helpful and insightful on our needs. I purchased my wife's car at another place a few years ago and I know I am going to purchase her next vehicle when we are ready here at Ricart.
