Bought a used truck from Ricart the truck had several...

Bought a used truck from Ricart the truck had several issues. Ricart only offered to fix three of the 14 issues. Truck was in the service department for 5 weeks after I had just bought the truck. I picked the truck up from the service department on Thursday October 7th. Out of the three issues they offered to fix only two were fixed the third problem with my exhaust leaking the problem was not fixed properly and the exhaust is still leaking. I wrote down on a piece of paper and pointed out the problem when I drop the truck off at the service department on September 8th. And when I pick the truck up on October 7th like I said the exhaust was still leaking from the original spot on the exhaust pipe that I told them where it was leaking. So all in all I would rate the service department as very poor and the sales department as very poor!! Before you buy a vehicle from Ricart make sure you check out the Better Business Report on them and the glass door reports because they are rated bad best report is from the Better Business Bureau and that's a "B" and that's NOT GOOD. I just wish I would have been smart enough to have looked up the reports of people complaining about Ricart before I bought a vehicle from them. So please people make sure you do your homework before you buy a vehicle from Ricart or have their service department fix anything. Watch out for the salesman to lie to you and then watch out for the service manager as he must not check out his mechanics work! The salesman's going to tell your vehicle is ready to be picked up and then after you pick your vehicle up then you're going to have to turn it in for service because your sales person lied to you, he never had anything fixed like he told he would. I turned everything into the service department and I pointed out everything to them showed them personally and I'm talking about there service manager. My vehicle still is not fixed properly after sitting at their dealership in the service department for 5 weeks and take this into consideration before you buy a vehicle from Ricart. I bought the vehicle on September 2nd and had to turn it in for service on September 8th and then it sat there for five weeks before I got the vehicle back and then when I got it back it still was not fixed properly. I'm just letting anyone that reads this good luck to you I hope you have better luck then I did because I will no longer be buying a vehicle from Ricart or having them service my vehicle. I'll leave you with this one last thing, everyone I talk to about Ricart told me I was nuts and crazy for buying a vehicle from them!!!!!!!! Update as of October 9th 2021, another one of Ricarts repairs have failed!! They replaced the emergency brake which was one of the three repairs they offered to fix. Well due to there mechanic not adjusting the E brake cable properly and it was as tight as a drum that when I stepped on the E brake pedal the actual Emergency brake cable has broken!!! I use my emergency brake daily as my driveway is on an incline so that is why I use my emergency brake daily. Once again the service manager did not check out his Mechanics Work so now I am dealing with the problems all over again. So now out of the 3 issues they so called fixed Only one issue out of the three seems to be still fixed which was the check engine and gas cap light staying on all the time on the dash. Who knows how long this fix will last I am just waiting for the lights on the dash to come back on. Thank GOODNESS I bought the extended warranty as I have a gut feeling that I will be needing it. But I will not be taking the vehicle to Ricart!! I bet they are laughing all the way to the bank since they got money out of me!!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Drove 2 hours to look at a car at AutoBoutique (do not buy from those guys), was extremely disappointed. Called Corey and asked if they still had the vehicle I was looking at previously. Within 20 minutes, they had the car ready as soon as I got there and it was a last minute thing. Corey Carter was excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this dealership

67-acre Mega MALL- YET YOU CAN'T FIND ONE LOANER CAR. Had to reschedule appointment on my new car purchase because of this. So much for customer service after the purchase.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle go see Dezmond Walker at Ricart Ford. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Went out of his way to make the experience nice. Dont waste your time at other dealers, go see Dez, Kyle and the rest of the crew at Ricart.

Not a very good experience

Went to look at new trucks, low inventory and sales people didn’t know where they were or what they had, not help full or willing to help much, last couple of times we have tried to buy there they have not wanted to deal, kinda goes against the commercials Rickie puts on TV,

I'm not sure how they are getting such great reviews. I paid extra for a VIP package and get the worst service ever!! Service declines each time I'm there. I made an appointment for an oil change and losing air in one of my tires. My appointment was at 8 am and I was the first person in line yet somehow my car was not ready until 4pm. Ricart sent me to work in an Uber and I explained I get off at 4. I was told they would get it done long before then. I had to text at 3:45 since no one would answer the phone to tell them I was about to be stranded at work. By 4, when I'm now standing outside my locked office building they tell me they will send an Uber that would be there in 16 minutes. What VIP service Ricart! Then I get there finally and am told they have to locate my paperwork. On top of the fact that a service that was completely covered in January I now have to pay for when I still have coverage??? When I asked why I had to pay this time I was told by them that they did not know. Needless to say I authorized a new tire at 10:30 and was told they would again get it taken care of right away. I'm not sure how a service that was once covered by the quick lane now takes 8 hours to complete. I have to assume that since I was not sitting there in their face they made the decision that my repair was not as important to them as others were and kept pushing mine off despite my 8am appointment. Also, stop asking me if I want my car washed while it is there and never washing it! Its absolutely annoying when you offer it every time!!! I then asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy. I was denied a number to reach him at since I was not willing to wait any longer. Again, great VIP service Ricart!!! You took extra money from me at purchase for a VIP program I thought I would get benefits for but not the case. I guess because they don't charge me each time for my oil change I'm just a bother to them now. I would rather go somewhere else, pay and be able to get on with my day in a timely fashion. I still have this supposed VIP package and will not be returning back to Ricart!!! They can keep the little money they made off me but I promise they lost a customer for life!!!
