All the employees were very helpful and super friendly, it just seemed like the service was wildly backed up. I was told about an hour for an oil change and it was almost three hours later. I have a Ford not a Nissan and I think in the future I’ll find a Ford dealership to go to because twice comments were made about it being off brand that seemed like the mechanics wouldn’t know enough about it? That seemed odd to me since they’re still mechanics regardless of the brand, that and the wait time will probably send me somewhere else to try next time even though the staff was very friendly!

She was very polite & answered any questions I had. She took my payment & said if I had any problems or had any questions to not hesitate and give the dealer a call.

First time at dealership had my oil and filter changed and had tires rotated. It was done in a timely manner.so far so good I will use this dealership in the future
