Found a used car within my price range..beautiful car....

Found a used car within my price range..beautiful car. Loved it when I saw it and drove it. Price was right, too. I have terrible credit but they were confident that I could be financed. Ended up that my mother had to get the loan with me as co-signer. Did not tell us that until we went to sign papers. Also, did not tell me that I needed to purchase a service contract as part of the sale (said it was a requirement from the bank!) Also, added additional cost of 900.00 for GAP insurance. Ultimately, an 8300.00 car ended up costing almost $13,000! They marked the car down to 7200.00 then added a $3000.00 service contract on. If I was told prior to financing that this was going to happen, I would have found another car! As it was, I was between a rock and a hard place needing a vehicle. I feel they purposely mislead me by not communicating what they wanted to do with the financing. They waited purposely until I got there to sign papers knowing I really did not have a choice. Not a very trustworthy way to do business!! Will not be doing business with them again!! Beware!! (Still waiting for reimbursement for Inspection sticker as of this date.)

They were upfront on all pricing. Mike Richard worked extremely hard to make the sale work for me. Christian was polite and professional in the handling of the sale. I will definitely go back in a couple of years for a trade in. Beat all prices in area hands down!

This dealership was amazing. I purchases a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. Joey Machado was my sales man, he was very helpful! I was very satisfied of how professional he was.

Worst experience buying a car

Worst experience buying car. hassle sales man was ok the rest of the experience was not what I expected. After the purchase of the vehicle and left the dealer. The communication was terrible

Disgusting

Buyer beware just had the worst #CustomerExperience at this place #24autogroup if you are looking to #buy a #car I highly suggest never going to this dealership. #badcustomerservice waste of #time #COVID19 #rhodeisland #Massachusetts I had an appointment at 230 called at 12 to be sure they still had the car that I was going to buy. Person on phone said yes (she even put me on hold to “double check.”) I drove over an hour to get there to find out the car wasn’t there. Then I was lied to 2 times by the rude lady at the reception desk. First she said she was trying to contact me. My husband nor I never received a call so that was a lie. Then she said today was the first day they were open also a lie. My original appointment was for this past Saturday. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers.

We told you the car was available because it was labeled incorrectly in our computer system, which was an error on our end. Horrible

This was the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. The lack of attention to customer service and disregard for the customer is overwhelming. I purchased a $22,000 used car several weeks ago and still have no paperwork from the dealership. I was lied to about getting the car Vin checked, registered and delivered. In fact I had to fight to get the car registered before a trip as I had no paperwork to prove I owned the car.. I was asked to sign blank documents and was scoffed at for questioning this; I still don't know if "conditions" of the sale made it into the final documents. They attempted to add many hundreds of dollars worth of fees on the sale and attempted to belittle me for fighting this. The sales man was not knowledgeable about the car and dismissive about concerns I brought up. In fact, the salesman told me that "they" would not disclose to a potential customer any known deficiencies with a car unless the customer specifically asked about it.. I have since run into a couple of maintenance issues a thorough prepping of the car would have found and a reputable dealership would have addressed. I was not told that there was only 1 FOB for the car which are very expensive to get. I specifically said I did not want the dealerships name put on the trunk of the car yet they did it anyways. All and all everything has been done with complete disregard and either incompetence or negligence. I wish I had walked away.. I do have to say the men who delivered the car were polite and professional so the 1 star.

Avoid this dealership!!

I drove 5 hours to see a car that I was interested in and after a discussion with Jared, my salesman, I decided to put a $500 deposit on the car with the agreement that it could be fully refunded for any reason at any time. When he came out with the paperwork the price of the car was $2000 more than the original asking price, some of which was expected like the taxes. But there was an additional charge of $800 for aftermarket parts on the car and this was a used vehicle, anything like that should be included in the purchase price. There was also a $500 fee for not financing the car with them. Before leaving for the drive home, I decided that this had climbed too fast and wanted the deposit refunded. Jared's demeanor changed immediately and they tried to get me to finance the vehicle, but I wasn't interested in doing that. We couldn't come to an agreement so I left after a refund. 2 weeks later I saw my credit card was charged twice that day for $500, with 1 refund for $500. I verified this with my credit card company and then called the dealership and asked for a manager. I spoke with Melanie and told her I was there 2 weeks before and had put a deposit on a car but then had it refunded before I left, but my card was charged twice. This was on a Saturday and she told me to call back Monday because she couldn't do anything about it today. Apparently they can charge you twice on a Saturday but they can't look into it until Monday. She told me that was correct. There was no apology for it, or any acknowledgement that they may have done something wrong. I called Monday and asked for her. She told me I had indeed been charged twice and she needed my card number to issue another refund. I gave it to her and she said you're all set, it'll show up whenever those things show up. Then I got a very abrupt thank you as she hung up. There was still no apology on her part or the part of the salesman, Jared. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, ever, for any reason.
