We just purchased a used Suburu Forester from Joe Gonda

We just purchased a used Suburu Forester from Joe Gonda at this dealership. Great experience. They worked with us on our trade in and gave us a fair price. Joe was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Took a little while for the paperwork but overall we feel we got a good deal and would be a repeat customer in the future.

I purchased my first Subaru from Wyoming Valley almost 10

I purchased my first Subaru from Wyoming Valley almost 10 years ago, and my second this month. I was happy to return to the dealership. I took some time to make my decision, and I was grateful for the patience of the salesman, Joe Gonda. He was good about keeping in touch, but never pressured me. I'm delighted with my purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wyoming Valley Subaru to anyone.

Avery Valaitis was knowlegeable about the Subaru product

Avery Valaitis was knowlegeable about the Subaru product line. He was respectable and friendly while listening to our needs. We were comfortable asking questions while he took the time to tell us about and show us the different Subaru vehicles. At the time we received our vehicle, Avery spent almost an hour with us to ensure we understood all the functions and controls available in our Subaru. It was impressive how well he understood the vehicle. Avery Valaitis is a great person to deal with at the dealership.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Subaru

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Subaru Wyoming Valley. Half a month ago, I reached a price agreement with the dealership and even paid a $500 deposit as part of a virtual deal. I was provided with a worksheet detailing the car info and price. The dealership informed me that they only handle car pick-ups on Fridays so I have to wait for another week after the car is delivered. I went in today to finalize the deal. Everything seemed to be going smoothly; I signed all necessary paperwork and was ready to drive off in my new car. However, the manager Mark intervened at the last moment, stating they were canceling the deal without providing any valid reason. They apparently regret the price they agreed on when the car was still in transit and have a much more ambitious price now because the car is on the lot. They requested me to accept an additional documentation fee which was not shown on the worksheet they sent. I even chose to accept it because I drove 3 hrs to be there, but they still refused to sell the car after half an hour of discussion. Their main point of contention was their "right" to choose whether or not to sell the car...... It's deeply disappointing to see a dealership not honor an agreement, especially after investing so much time and trust into the process. Prospective buyers deserve transparency and commitment. I hope no one else has to face such unexpected changes in terms during their purchase.

We had honored your true car offer as the terms were listed, including the documentation fee you had objected to while here in person. Our computer system did not populate that fee due to a programming error, however we had worked to accommodate you while you were here to complete your paperwork. Additionally, true car discloses that our credit card maximum payment for a vehicle is $2,500, with any remaining balance due via check, cash, or bank loan. This was also discussed over the phone prior to yesterday. That said, you only had a credit/debit card for your payment at time of pickup, which we cannot accept for full payment of sale. We appreciate and will utilize your feedback as a dealership that strives for both transparency and exceptional customer experiences. Great dealership. I've bought two cars from here and they have been excellent every step of the way. Dave Koch is amazing and I will be buying more Subarus from them in the future.
