Bought a car from these people a year and a half ago. I just went to try to sell it, but now I cannot sell it because it is coming up that the car was in an accident and was considered a total loss by the insurance company and dragged off to an auction and sold. When I purchased the car I asked them to pull the Carfax, they did, which only shows a "minor accident no airbags deployed". Experian AutoCheck report, GoodCar, as well as a few others, show the vehicle has a total loss record and the insurance company wrote it off as a total loss with "severe structural damage". This was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle. Also, somehow the vehicle has a clean title and not a salvage title. Shame on me for trusting the carfax report and not digging deeper. But I explicitly asked this dealership if there was any damage to the car or accidents other than the minor accident showing on the Carfax, and they told me absolutely not. Again, after doing some extensive research I found everything online. This dealership new 100% about the total loss and the listed severe structural damage. I confirmed this with an employee that no longer works there as well. So buyer beware! Do not rely on just the Carfax. Again, found all this out when I went to sell the vehicle. There is the issue of my insurance company as well, if for some reason I get in an accident, or the car is totaled, the insurance company is only going to give me Fair cash value for the vehicle and if they see that this vehicle has been in an accident and it is listed as severe structural damage, as a total loss, I'm not going to get xxxx for the vehicle. So do your homework if you're buying a vehicle from these people or anybody else for that matter. These are not honest people. Again, I asked them, they knew, and they did not disclose the total loss. Not sure if I have any recourse after owning the car for a year and a half and, I don't know how, but it is still under full factory warranty with Mercedes. But I'm sure if Mercedes finds out this car has been in an accident and listed as a total loss with the insurance company, listing severe structural damage, they will no longer honor the warranty. The car seems 100% fine, I've had no issues, I hardly drive it, and here are the pictures of the vehicles accident that they did not disclose. I found the repair shop that did the work. I believe because Drive a Wreck, I mean Drive a Dream, did not disclose the total loss, that it is fraud. We are contacting a consumer protection attorney, after filing a complaint with Georgia attorney general's consumer protection division. This was/is Gross Misrepresentation. Again, buyer beware, lesson learned. Do your homework on any car you buy from these guys or anybody else.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. The vehicle I purchased had a warning message about the driver assistance feature appear immediately when I first received the vehicle. At the time, I did not realize the seriousness of the issue and initially thought it may have been related to the vehicle’s settings. It was only after taking the vehicle in for service that I learned the issue was related to the vehicle’s prior accident and the radar system. What has been especially frustrating is the lack of accountability and the focus on mileage after the vehicle was acquired rather than addressing the underlying issue. I understand that the vehicle was driven after purchase, but that does not change the fact that the warning appeared from the beginning and that the issue is connected to the vehicle’s prior accident and repairs which shows that the vehicle was not properly checked and serviced before it was sold. I expected better transparency and customer service when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Unfortunately, I feel that once the sale was completed, the responsibility was shifted elsewhere rather than the dealership taking ownership of helping resolve the problem. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this business to have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before completing the purchase and to make sure all warning messages and previous accident repairs are fully investigated.

Hilmand was GREAT. Great communication, walked me through the process very easily, helped me trade my car in for a Lexus GX 550, and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 recommend this dealership and him if you’re looking at a new luxury car 😻

Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership, especially with Mrs. Hollywood, who not treated us very well, but was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our technical and regulatory questions. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

I purchased a Genesis G90 2/26/26. The car is amazing, the price was amazing, the shipping was amazing... that's where the amazing stops. It has taken over 3 months to finally get the title. They sent the first one to the wrong person, the second one was not valid due to an erasure, they finally got me a Georgia title. Due to the delay I was charged a $418 penalty by the state of Texas due to late registration. There appears to be very little communication between sales and finance departments. It is a shame that what could have been a great purchasing process was made so difficult by lack of follow-up ..... AS A FOLLOW Up: Drive a Dream contacted me to get an understanding of the issue that I had that caused the poor rating. The have reimbursed me $418 for the penalty and stated that they have reorganized the "title department" to work more closely with the sales department and customer. As a result, although it took longer than was necessary, I got a great car with a great price. thank you to Kenny for taking the lead to fix the issue.

The dealership was very communicative when we were negotiating the purchase. We live 300 miles from the dealership and had asked multiple times if the car we were interested in had any cosmetic damage. We were repeatedly told no. The dealership shipped the vehicle to us. The dealership never followed up with us to even ask if we had received the car. When we received the car there was over $2,000 in damages to the vehicle. We reached out to the dealer to ask about the damage. They asked us to send pictures on May 5, 2026. Pictures were sent and we never heard from them again. Needless to say our buying experience with this dealership was not good. No follow-up after the sale and no response to our inquiries about the damage. All that we get are promises that they will contact us. Our salespeople were Ameer and Hollywood. I would suggest the you choose other options rather than this dealership when you want purchase a vehicle.
