We have purchased 2018 MB GLC300 from Drive a Dream. From the very first moment it was great experience. With timely follow ups, calls, details and safe and sound delivery of our precious cargo to our home! Jamie Cunningham was making sure we feel comfortable and assured each step, from the details on our choice to the official documents. They took care a great care of us. I live in Florida and have never purchased a car online site unseen from another state before so I was, needless to say, very apprehensive. All my fears were unfounded! My sales associate Russell Gremillion was awesome! He explained everything to me in detail and helped me through the process step by step. He was very responsive to my many texts, phone calls and emails with questions. From the purchase, to the paperwork, to the delivery, everything was pretty much flawless. There was never any pressure to buy the car or use their financing, no upselling, etc. Overall a much easier and better experience than going into a dealer and spending an entire day trying to buy a car. The car arrived today and was even more beautiful than the pictures. The car was exactly as advertised and described to me by Russell. Sales Manager Arian Mohebi was great to work with too. I am old school guy who would test drive a car, kick tires and looks under the hood for oil leaks, brakes and exedra. But new era of internet car sales is changing my approach and it’s based on honesty of car dealers. Common man doubts everything but we live in era of internet sales like Amazon where people buy everything and car dealers like “Drive a dream” are not far behind because people like Jamie Cunningham and his manager Bill Dangra. After verbal agreement wiring big sum of money was not every day event for me, specially when you buying car and it takes totally different level of trust. Me and my wife are very picky about everything but honesty of Jamie convinced us to WIRE money to companies bank account full amount and only then they delivered a car. Minor scratches (barely noticeable)didn’t bother me. Lemon title I understand and not worry about it because I am keeping this car. Good communication habits of sales and rapid phone callbacks during whole process is very professional and every little question was answered fast and throughly. That was convincing. One little blooper gain so much respect for this guys that puts them on one top of the trustworthy dealerships list. During buyback process one of the $550 keys was lost but this guys found it !!!!!!!!!! And more, it was missing a computer chip for CarPlay they bought it and send it to me also with key. I told this guys I want to write a good reviews but they were kinda shy and told me don’t bother if it takes too much my time to do so but will appreciate it. I couldn’t believe I was talking to car dealers- in general anywhere in States they had a reputation to sell you a snow in winter. But not this guys- this is different breed of real internet car dealers. Strongly recommend Jamie!!!
